The cleaning staff are very friendly! The sheets and towels are not as clean as expected and the pictures promise better looking rooms. This place has seen his best days by far. Dont waste your money as you can find much better value for your money at other nearby hotels!.

Sam and his staff were amazing, for the price and what i needed, the stay was great. Location close to chalong circle, middle of fight street and rawai on the other side. Sam can help with scooter rental and pretty much anything you need. I will definitely be back.

I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a friendly, peaceful, and clean place. The staff is very friendly and very reasonable, making it perfect for a longterm stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, which i like. Everything you need is nearby, supermarkets, atms, convenience stores, and many restaurants and food vendors. Sam, the manager, is very helpful and his staff are very friendly. The place was clean and had laundry facilities. If i come back to thailand i will definitely stay there again!.

The price is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly. The location is a bit difficult to get around without a scooter. However, there is a large shopping complex with a small night market nearby, which is great for some street food.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus, tidak jauh dari sana terdapat minimarket dan kafe yang menjual makanan Thailand dengan harga yang terjangkau dan rasa yang lezat. Semua pegawai nya melayani dengan baik hati dan juga mengakomodasi semua permintaan yang saya sampaikan.

This modern building is located in a quiet street just off a very busy main road. The room was clean, nice size and had a balcony where you could see big budha on the hill. Transportation is mandatory but be aware if you rent a bike the main road is quite dangerous. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good. As for the location, i would say if you really need to be in this part of phuket i would avoid as there are much nicer locations like nai harn or kamala.

Excellent serviced apartments. You must pay for the electricity and water you use, which wasnt stated in the booking, in addition to the room fee, which is serviced once a week. The balcony, tv, air conditioning, and refrigerator in the room. 3 minutes walk and atm next door. Visit Anne and rent a bike at the top of the road, a little to the left. Its exhilarating to see thailand great air conditioning! We are so ripped off in the uk because the fuel is so cheap. Vipa house is next to the road, and there are some fantastic world beers. The gold leaf buddha temple at wat chalong temple is a 5minute drive away. And a bone fragment from the man himself in another onsite temple. The giant buddha is accessible by bike in about 30 minutes. It is newly renovated and offers renovations, where you can write a message on a tile and it will become part of a wall there. Of course, you might receive a blessing from the incredible shaolin monks. You can ride a bike for one hour from the airport, a little quicker in a car or a tuktuk. Id advise finding a beach near the airport and sunbathing while planes fly in and out of the thai airport meters above you. There is a lot more to say, get us up for owt! Mango smoothies also have a unique flavor!.

The room rate is affordable and suitable for young people traveling on a budget. The location is not very convenient. Fortunately there is a supermarket at the door.

Akomodasi baru, penyedia layanan bersih dan ramah. Kamar memiliki balkon yang luas. Keluar dan bersantai, nikmati pemandangan, damai, tidak semrawut, cocok untuk relaksasi. Lokasinya dari jalan utama, masuk saja ke dalam gang. Dekat dengan tempat wisata, pergi ke Kuil Big Buddha, Kuil Chalong, Dermaga Chalong, Rawai, Kata, Nyaman, ada toko serba ada di pintu masuk gang.

I have never had any problems and will definitely stay here again. A clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff and management. Hot shower, fast wifi, and a twominute walk from two supermarkets. There are many food options nearby as well.

I think you should definitely visit this place because you wont be sorry. Vipa house has now become a necessity for me here in thailand because of its affordable price and strategic location, which is ideal for me because you are close to everything without having to spend a lot of money. Khun sam, the manager, is incredibly kind and accommodating, and if you have any questions about your stay in thailand, he will be happy to help you out. The building is immaculate, and housekeeping does a fantastic job, they can even take care of your laundry for a completely normal price, so dont worry about bringing it to the cleaners! My take on this place is that you should definitely visit because you wont regret it.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception (changing money, booking a ferry to kh Phi, helping to start the air conditioning. The room itself has a large fridge, fan, air conditioner, tv, huge and comfortable bed, and a large closet. Everything is absolutely clean and tidy and exactly as shown in the pictures. Room service cleans every day and changes towels, blankets and sheets. Also, washing machine is cheap and easy to use.

Hotel yang buruk, administrator Sam yang buruk, saya tidak merekomendasikannya. Kamar dibersihkan hanya sesuai permintaan, sampahnya dibuang sendiri, air dan tisu toiletnya diambil sendiri, kamar penuh semut, air di kamar mandi ada masalah, semacam pompa dan tidak ada tekanan. Namun semuanya bukan yang terburuk, yang terburuk adalah ketika Anda sakit. Administrator mulai memaki Anda, memaksa Anda keluar dengan cepat, tidak ingin berbicara atau membantu Anda dengan cara apa pun. Ketika Anda meminta seseorang yang bukan dari hotel untuk membantu Anda memecahkan masalah, apa yang harus Anda lakukan, administrator berteriak, mengatakan saya membenci Anda, mengapa Anda menghubungi seseorang. Jadi saya sangat merekomendasikan untuk memilih hotel lain.

Highly recommended. One of the best budget friendly hotels ive stayed at in thailand! Sam is a wonderful host who makes sure his guests feel welcome and comfortable. Good location and quiet. The room was very clean and the hotel staff provided excellent service. They offer laundry service within the hotel and sam has also opened a nice restaurant next door.

Nice modern apartment. Clean. Sam, the receptionist, is the friendliest and most helpful i have ever met. Amazing price. Ps 180 for a month! Motorbikes are available for rent. New moped at a reasonable rental price. Good training location.
