A very central and affordable 3 star hotel in the heart of pattaya. It is close to all amenities, several tourist attractions such as walking street, central pattrayan, and the beach. The noise is slightly audible because it is one alley off walking road. If you are a light sleeper, you may still hear some music even though the window soundproofing is 8 out of 10. The flooring and room door both have poor sound proofing. I could hear footsteps outside and chairs on the floor above. This hotel does not have an elevator. There are four floors, with the first floor starting on ground. Not wheelchair friendly. Staff is courteous. A 4000 baht damage deposit is required. They were pleased to allow the equivalent dollar. You can call the number provided by the staff if you want someone there. Three access cards are given to you, one for the hotel entrance, another for your room, or one that applies to electricity. Although the cafe downstairs was closed and had no items, there was no view in my thirdfloor room. For the location and price, i would go back.

The location is very close to the walking street just steps away. And everything else is average. A little bit cleaner than nearby hotels. Thank you.

This place is perfect if you enjoy nightlife, its on the street. The facilities are excellent, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable.

The only issue is that there are no elevators, which may be difficult for some people. I stayed on the top floor, spacious, clean, and very recently renovated. Great location. Access is through a keycard at the front main door. Pushing open this door is quite difficult.

The location is strategic for those who like to explore pattaya because it is located on the walking street. The room is very clean and comfortable too.

First of all, there is no elevator. Second, nobody has a staff to carry bags. Third, the air conditioner is very annoying and not central. Fourth, curtains dont block out the suns rays. Fifth, pillows are firm. Sixth, they take insurance, and booking on booking did not mention that seventh it is cheaper than taking it directly from them.

Its quiet. And then, the place is spotless. After that, its not noisy at all. Subsequently, it is a great place to play because its right next to the walking street.

The room and bathroom were both excellent and spotless. I adored how it looked. The rooftop pool was also fantastic. Extremely close to the walking street, yet quiet enough to sleep in.

This is the hotel to stay in if you want to be in the center of the party. The staff is decent, the facilities are good, and the location is good. However, one downside that i really saw was that it might not be the best for you unless you are a light sleeper. Also, there is no elevator.

Conveniently located near walking street, this hotel is conveniently located. At night, you may hear some noise from walking streets, but it doesnt make it difficult to fall asleep. There is no elevator, so getting a room on the upper floor may be challenging, however, the staff brought it to me when i checked in.
