We went to Ratchathani to see the candle festival and were not disappointed. Accommodation over this period is premium, so we ended up at when fetch place, which is at the upper end of budget accommodations. We stayed in two rooms which were always clean, though the beds were hard. We stayed for a week and after 3 days the hose behind the toilet not grey water began to leak. This was not fixed during our stay. The rooms are quiet, although sparsely furnished. If you are after a bed to sleep on and thai cable to it is a good deal for the price. Note a refundable thb 300 deposit is required for the room key and if you need a blanket they can be provided for thb 100 each. If you are considering this hotel, I would not recommend the free breakfast package as it frequently consists of rice porridge, fried eggs, and sausages. If the hotel closes, you will get a plate of each. Breakfast can be ordered from street vendors outside the hotel, and if you are cautious, turn left from the hotel, walk to the traffic lights, turn left and within 150 meters you will have a restaurant serving delicious food. Just across the street from When Fetch Place is an air-conditioned restaurant without mug and food

A restaurant that does not use mugs is directly across the road from when fetch place, and the food is excellent.

This hotel is a fraud. I booked a room on July 12...showed up on the 27th, they took my Passport photo and personal info, then said they didn't have a room for me. Wouldn't give me a refund because they said they didn't receive any money. I was charged for the stay even though I didn't stay. It is a clever little scam they got going on at this hotel. They target foreigners. I filed a claim with my credit card agency and will report the fraud to Hotels.com.
