Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat bagus dan baru dibuka pada tahun 1993. Lokasinya sendiri juga bagus, dekat dengan pantai dan dua 7- Eleven di sudut. Jajanan kaki lima dan restoran dapat dengan mudah diakses dari kedua arah dalam waktu 2- 15 menit berjalan kaki. Namun, tampaknya tidak ada yang dimodernisasi atau diubah selama 30 tahun. Stafnya sangat baik, tidak diragukan lagi! Perabotan di apartemen kami (3 C) cukup buruk dan dindingnya berisik. Kami bertanya kepada diri sendiri mengapa hanya sedikit perabot yang dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan sesuatu yang berguna. Ada dua perangkat TV yang tidak dibutuhkan siapa pun. Setidaknya itu TV pintar, oke. Balkonnya bagus untuk dimiliki, tapi sebenarnya sangat tidak nyaman karena semuanya terbuat dari batu dan unit AC tua yang mengeluarkan suara yang sangat keras. Baik di luar maupun di dalam apartemen. Berbicara tentang kebisingan: Setiap malam (sekitar jam 10 malam hingga 10 pagi), musik live yang sangat keras dan mengganggu terdengar dari beberapa bar (saya kira dari Karon Aussie Bar) di "Patak Road" tidak jauh dari sana apartemen. Namun, saat AC menyala, musiknya hampir tidak terdengar. Area kolam renangnya bagus, tetapi kursi santai dan bantal di sana bisa dirawat dengan lebih baik. Kami tinggal di sini sekarang (14 per 01 per 2020). Apartemen ini luar biasa bagi mereka yang menghargai dapur, ruang, dua kamar, dan area hijau (yang sangat penting di Phuket yang ramai). The place is very spacious and has a nice view. We are near the beach and shops. The staff is very nice and helpful. The air conditioning could be a bit better. The beach is the best we have ever stayed on in Thailand. The water is very clear.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended. We stayed here with two families. We had a total of 10 people, including 4 adults, 3 juniors, and 3 children between the ages of 10 and 10. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean, making it ideal for families. The swimming pool is wellmaintained and clean, and the security is strong.

Hotel yang bagus dengan kamar yang besar, memiliki dapur lengkap (kompor, kulkas, microwave, ketel, torster), sangat nyaman untuk keluarga dengan 2 anak (banyak hotel dengan komposisi yang menawarkan untuk mengambil 2 kamar), ada kolam renang dengan kedalaman berbeda, kursi berjemur, dan handuk pantai. Di dekatnya terdapat 2 supermarket "7- 11" dengan berbagai pilihan. Berjarak satu menit berjalan kaki ke pantai. Di antara kekurangannya. Tidak ada sarapan, tetapi ada banyak kafe di dekatnya dan pemesanan awal (kami bangun lebih awal dari banyak kafe yang buka). Ada kue-kue di 7- 11, yogurt, ham, keju, roti, dan telur. I like this place, the location is perfect if you want to relax at karon beach, just a 250 meters from the beach. The room is very spacious, more like a condo style room with kitchen, fridge and even a toaster. The swimming pool is quite deep 2.5 to 3 meters if im not mistaken. The staff, including security, are very friendly and helpful. If you are traveling with a large family of 4 or more people in a group, this is a good place to stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very old, but well maintained. The windows and doors for the balcony arent sealed so you can hear the wind howling. We stayed on the 20th floor and could hear a karaoke bar until 1 am. The view is spectacular from the top floor, 270 degrees just amazing to see the ocean, the town and the mountains. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The ac and some of the fixtures are very old but there is also lots of new furniture so they are making a good effort. The housekeeping and receptionist were very nice. There are very few chairs around the pool and the pool is near the parking lot and doesnt seem very clean but that seems to be standard for hotels in thai. Overall i only stay for 2 nights so its a very good hotel for the amount of space, cost and location is good for us.

The apartments are very spacious and clean, the location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff is very helpful, especially bua aim grong. Beach towels are available for free collection from reception every day. Will definitely come back.
