We had an amazing stay at this hotel for our last minute trip to Trinidad. This is our first time with the whole family with younger kids travelling somewhere that’s not all-inclusive . From the moment we arrived the staff was so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed conversation with them and appreciated their recommendations. Everything and everyone we encountered were top tier and willing to help. We will definitely be back and most likely very soon :) I wish I asked for the names for some of the staff that went above and beyond , they deserve to be highlighted. But all in all definitely recommend

Let me start by saying, if you are not used to mounatinous winding roads, then this will be challeninging for you. We planned our trip, but never realized that Trinidad and Tobago are actual islands and the landscape is basically mountains. The scenery was beautiful but the ride was not what I expected to get to the property. But once there, the view is beautiful. The hotel was very clean and the staf was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend if you visit to stay there. The rooms were awesome. A desk and chair is provided if you need to do work. We had an issue with the shower, called the front desk and within 5 minutes or less someone was there to fix the issue. We enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again.

I was SO impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the Hilton and Conference Center Port of Spain, Trinidad. I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant. I plan to return in the very near future because of the wonderful experience the staff there afforded me. Bravo, Hilton Staff Port of Spain!!! Many thanks, Thomas Elliott

We love Trinidad Hilton. It is our home away from home while we are in Trinidad. It is so familiar to us and we love the staff. A lot of the staff have been there for years and its so nice to come back to a place that is so welcoming and familiar. I never have any doubts coming to Hilton in Trinidad, it is safe, lots of security and they offer a lot of food options. The pool is gorgeous. This Hilton is not stiff and antiseptic like the newer hotels around town and thats why we love it. It is set in the natural beauty of the land. It has great views of the Savannah and surrounding area. Our room was fantastic!! I cant say enough about it. But one thing i would say is if you book a suite you should be comfortable with who you share with because the huge bathroom has a shower with a frosted glass that is kind of revealing to the bedroom living area on the other side. so that may be awkward. they cant see the toilet but the closer you shower to the glass, the more revealing things can become! we had a lot of jokes about this but it was just me and my partner sharing the room. and we made sure we showered before any guests came for a visit! that said, we went for mothers day and attended the brunch option offered. it was amazing. both local and international food were prepared deliciously and visually appealing. I hope with the intended renovations that this Hilton does not lose their essence or the great staff that makes this hotel unique and a landmark of Trinidad.

The Trimidad Hilton is extremely beautiful in a very lovely setting. I loved the art in the lobby and in the corridors and in my room. The food was very tasty. The little shops were pleasant and useful. Service was superb on all counts. Thank you. It was a true pleasure staying there for the 5 days in May 2026 that I stayed there. (Vanda Radzik)
