Great value for money and a good stay overall. We did encounter a few issues with our room in regard to bathroom condition and some damage on the bedroom flooring. The walls also weren’t soundproofed, so it can be quite noisy at night, with some WiFi signal issues on the 4th floor. The reception staff were quite slow in responding to problems and if called, did not follow up or call back even when they claimed they would. However, the other staff at the hotel were amazing. Fabulous service everyday with a great selection of foods, drinks and nightly entertainment. With special thanks to Slim in the hotel bar who always went above and beyond and made our stay very memorable. I would recommend staying here overall as it was great value for money despite the few issues we encountered. I would have just preferred for reception to be more useful and attentive.

This hotel was a great price and in a great part of the country. I stayed for the half board option, the local food in the restaurant was quite good, much better than the international food. The staff are really friendly, helpful and multilingual. The property is clean and quiet in private areas. The lobby is lively and often has move music on and sports on to, but you can’t hear it from the bedrooms. I had a sea view and used this location to do some day trips around the country, it was very clean and the pictures reflect the property well!

When we arrived all was well, then as we were relaxing we were approached by a staff member asking for money to play a game(bingo other games). We didn't pay the money or play the game and he never spoke to us the rest of our stay. Anytime outside, we witnessed staff asking patrons for cigarettes. The kitchen staff was friendly, however the same food was served everyday. The bar staff was friendly, but was told by one staff member ice coffee wasn't included in the all inclusive package we paid for. The cleaning staff came early every morning, making much noise, opening our door without permission as we were trying to sleep. There was no entertainment during the day unless the manager came to the location then the staff would put on music. The life guard only came out to get people out of the pool. No one brought out chairs or furniture cushions for guests. The evening entertainment was geared to those who paid extra privately to the staff or bought them drinks. The last day we had a late flight, paid an extra day to check out late and as soon as we brought our bags down to wait for our transportation they made us cut off our bracelets so that we couldn't drink or eat anything without paying more. Overall the hotel is a nice calm place, but needs management to step in and watch over staff, there are some staff that worked very hard others went to eat lunch and dinner while guests were being served. I don't recommended.

On the positive, the WiFi and pool area are super and the views from the room balcony are stunning, but unfortunately the dangerous lack of working lights in stairwells along with the unclean areas, the poor food and feeling like you’re being bitten from head to foot by whatever creatures are in the bed as soon as you laid down was just unpleasant. The staff do try their utmost to please though!

Sejour de 4 nuits pas terrible, chambre bruyante donnant sur le boulevard, mer très sale, buffet mediocre qui.n'avait aucune saveur, boissons limitées que du boga coca sans bulles, Animations le soir tres moyenne musique datant de 1980 et beaucoup de rap, Je recommande pas cet hôtel qui est familial et pas tres accueillant,

Je suis mécontent mais totalement mécontent je réfléchi même à porter plainte pour arnaque. hormis qu’il on une belle piscine et encore elle pu la moissisure car l’eau non potable ! Il mon fais boire du café avec leur eaux d’égout!! Rien ne va dans l’hôtel propreté 0 ! Hôtel en travaux durant nos vacances du matin au soir !!! Hôtel sans Climatisation dans les chambres à deux doigt de mourrir sans frigo. pour l’eau ou les boisson sois disant all inclusiv qui se termine à 23:00 après 23:00 tu peut mourrir si tu veut de l’eau fraîche car 0 frigo ! Comme préciser il nous donne qu’ une seul bouteille par jour et que le soir ! Mais du coup on pouvais pas chauffer le biberon du petit il avais rien pour chauffer. Il on chauffer le biberon du fils avec la vapeur !! Le directeur n’étais même pas au courant que dans sont hôtel il n’y avais ni frigo ni rien ni bonheur , tout l’es client rencontrer sur place étais tous mécontent !!! Le lit du bébé étais un bout de canapé en bois pour bébé incroyable !!! hôtel sans micro onde pour chauffer le biberon de mon fils !! Quand je demande une bouteille d’eau cristalline onn nous criez dessus car sois disant l’eau ces que le soir pour les touristes français , les locaux avais 10 bouteilDans la journée on devais se contenter des fontaines à eau chaude dans un pays où il fais 37 degrés une chaleur incroyable l’eau étais tout autant chaude … du coup impossible d’avoir de l’eau dn journée ni Pour le biberons du fils ni si on meurt de soif !!!

This hotel should pay you for staying, not the opposite. I have changed rooms three times in three days, that is how bad it is. The chubby man in the reception is so roude and should find a job that he actualley likes. Bad food, bad service and bad rooms. Dont waist your money on this hotel. We booked a room for three people, this is the bed ( see picture ). This hotel dose not even deserve one star!
