Great stay! I have visited Hammamet many times having lived in Tunisia now for more than 3 years and this is one of my top hotels. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had a beautiful view of the sea and is steps away from its private well kept beach. The breakfast was good as well. Its also only a short walk to the marina where you can find cafes and restaurants. The pool was also big and clean.

Je recommande vivement ! Un hôtel relaxant très très accueillant, et très calme. Le restaurant propose des plats variés et bons. Belle piscine, réception agréable avec son café. Le plus fort de cet hôtel c'est le service, un personnel à l'écoute, souriant et très serviable.

Good experience and friendly staff, however watch out for the excursion sales guys especially on arrival when they try to sell you a quad bike or boat trip they will follow u around for the sale. Haggle them as its 1/2 the price outside. Don't pay more than 40 dinars for quad bike , u can get it for 30 outside.

Nous avons réservé une chambre triple vue sur piscine du 16/09 au 23 (une chambre vue sur mer nous à été offerte sans supplément), dès notre arrivée nous avons été pris en charge par le bagagiste et le réceptionniste qui nous ont accueilli avec des bonbons et des jus bien frais mais surtout un grand sourire et une grande disponibilité, Les piscines et la plage sont magnifiques, l'emplacement est idéal, La chambre (239) été très bien sauf qu'elle nécessite certains ajustements, les repas été variés et délicieux, je termine par le meilleur en adressant un grand merci à tout le personnel qui a été souriant, disponible et très chaleureux (Un coucou spécial de samy notre fils a kais du resto et tout ses AMIS du saphir palace)

Vi hade en helt underbar vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var omtänksamma och kändes inte påträngande. Vi bokade all inclusive o det enda som vi kan klaga på är att det saknades variation på maten! Om de kan variera måltiderna så är detta ett drömhotell! Rekommenderas starkt till både barnfamiljer samt par.

anciennement sofitel, ce n'est pas une usine comme les autres hotels qui l'entourent, déco de très bon gout, la piscine est très belle avec un bar dans l'eau pour boire des coktails avec l'eau au nombril! proche de la mer, bar de plage, c'est un bon compromis entre luxe et simplicité. animation sympa, nourriture largement satisfaisante. nous le recommandons à nos amis....

An excellent hotel, with reasonable facilities but BRILLIANT staff! We had some issues on arrival, which were dealt with immediately and we were given a complimentary upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite. Khadija, head of Guest Relations made a great deal of effort to get to know us and ensure all our needs were met. Having stayed in a number of 5* hotels, we must say this one has the best staff we have come across.

Excellent service.Huge room,very clean.We had booked half board and because we arrived after restaurant closed,11pm the hotel sent us up a meal to the room.Like majority of hotels here the hotel has a private part of the beach across the road from hotel with sunbeds and staffed for drinks etc.Staff in the hotel were excellent and nice breakfast.The reception staff were also really good.Nice looking pool although we did not try it as only there one night

Stayed in this place for the first time in August and got a great service even though the hotel was full. I will recommend it. Wonderful stay. Good food. Different restaurants with reasonable prices, sea food, meat, italian medical food. Beautiful sea view. Very clean and happy holidays with the kids. My wife is very satisfied.

Negatives: no tour operator representative. When making a reservation, the internet does not tell you what is included in all inclusive and what isn't. There are extremely few English speakers and English-speaking guests. Check-in is 2 am, no later. The public toilets should be cleaned more frequently, particularly in the early hours, as non-EU visitors leave them in a disgusting and flooded state. Although the restaurant staff works diligently to maintain standards, visitors from outside Europe take far too much food only to leave it. No uk news station on the to. Instructions for using the safe are misleading. The rooms are nice, with hot water, a decent shower, and a safe deposit box. In September, the weather is hot. The majority of the staff, particularly Ali and more in the bar area, hate the food and drink manager, who had the hardest job of all hotel staff at the yasmine restaurant, help on reception and argue over front of house. In general, the hotel should review where they advertise their hotel in order to achieve higher standards. If they want to attract more european guests, they should reduce the number of guests arriving from non-EU areas with low hygiene standards.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Sahir, especially the food was good, the lady at reception is very professional and speaks very good english, but we have only few minor issues the service at the bar we had to wait quite long to order the coffee. And maybe because of the large reception and lobby bar space we felt cold. But we will return.
