O quarto era limpo diariamente e as toalhas de banho trocadas (o que é muito positivo!), o recepcionista noturno foi super atencioso conosco. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pra ser perfeito, mas dava pra matar a fome.

This is a very small, old hotel. It is in a great location, easy to walk to the Bazaar, Blue Mosque, etc. Many restaurants in the vicinity. The staff was super nice and helpful. Stairs are steep. Rooms are adequate. Breakfast is good. Overall good choice.

A perfect stay with great value for money ❤️ The breakfast was delicious, the room was very clean, and the front desk staff as well as all the hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. We had just arrived from Cappadocia, and they generously allowed us to check in early, which made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed here for our final night after returning to Istanbul from Cappadocia, and we were truly very satisfied. It’s an excellent place for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone! :) And Blue mosque is really nearby, location is perfect 🤩

The staff is incredible! Arrived at 1:00am. Greeted with something to drink. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean, location is good. But it’s the staff that make this place great!!

I've stayed at the Acacia Mansion Hotel many times. I keep coming back. The location is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is good, and the service is always top notch. On this last stay (January 2026), the staff again went above and beyond. Our baby was sick and kept making a mess in the room. The cleaning staff was phenomenal. On our last day, our flight was in the late evening. The hotel bent over backwards to find storage room for nine suitcases! This allowed us to enjoy one last full day in Istanbul. They also took great care to find us a good rate on hotel/airport transportation.

レセプションのOmer は楽しい人で親切でした。観光のアドバイスをしてくれます。ホテルの周りはレストランも多く、ホテルのレストランはトルコでは珍しくアルコールの提供もありました。朝食もすごく美味しいです。ホテルの客室は、古いながらも広くて良かったです。昔の建物だとバスルームがびっくりするぐらい狭いところもありますが、広くて使いやすかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

The location was perfect, close to all of the major sites. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful. Several pieces of our luggage didn’t arrive and they helped us get the suitcases from the airport. They were very willing to respond to any of our request. It’s a great little hotel.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Acacia Mansion übernachtet und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns in diesem familiären Hotel sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir erhielten interessante Tipps, was man in Istanbul tun kann und Hilal, der Rezeptionist, lieh uns sogar seine persönliche Istanbulcard, damit wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren konnten. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig in entspannter Atmosphäre. Auch bei der Organisation des Flughafentransfers war man sehr hilfsbereit und wir konnten ein Großraumtaxi zum Preis eines kleinen Taxis bekommen. Ich empfehle das Hotel gerne.
