場所はガラタ塔の近く、地下鉄駅にもアクセス良く、周りにもお洒落なレストランやカフェがたくさんあって便利。移動は坂が多いので、老人にはきついかもしれません。朝食はビュッフェではなく、メニューからいくつか選ぶ形式ですが、ボリュームあり、結構良いと思いました。最上階なので景色も良いです。部屋は比較的大きく清潔で、カフェポッドのコーヒーマシンもあります。ホテルのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。入り口から急な階段で、重い荷物ではキツイですが、スタッフが助けてくれるので問題ありません。元々ホテルとして作られた建物ではないと思います。出張で毎年10-15ヵ国、20-30のホテルに宿泊していますが、割と面白いホテルです。

The hotel is in a great location - about a block from the funicular. Well maintained hotel, helpful staff. The included breakfast is outstanding. Will recommend highly to friends.

The room was clean ans spacious, the staff was amazing and spoke perfect english. They were incredibly helpful. the only thing is that it has stair on both entrances and are a bit steep. They do have a chair for someone who needs it, but still the stairs are steep.

El hotel fantástico, con historia, cuartos muy amplios con muchas amenidades, el personal super atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. El desayuno buenísimo y super vasto y la vista del roof top imperdible, muy bien ubicado cerca de la Torre Galata, de la calle peatonal hay muchas opciones de restaurantes a metros del hotel, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

A estada foi incrível, o hotel fica no coração de Pera, melhor bairro do lado europeu, onde ficam os melhores restaurantes, além de área de compra. Possível ir caminhando para Galataport, excelente centro comercial com lojas e restaurantes, torre de Galata e Karakoy. Apesar de termos pego a acomodação básica, havia bastante espaço principalmente no banheiro, onde a ducha era perfeita, no geral o quarto era acolhedor, a única ressalva é que não tem janela. Café da manhã a la carte, servido no rooftop com uma linda vista de Istanbul. A propriedade também conta com uma academia. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento to do Aj, muito simpático.

The Adahan DeCamondo Pera in Istanbul – a fantastic hotel in a charming part of the city. We felt completely at home. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the service excellent, and the staff incredibly friendly. We also received wonderful tips about the city and restaurants. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the stunning rooftop bar with its breathtaking view. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay from start to finish! The staff at the front desk was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very welcomed. We had a corner room that was huge! Nice furnishings, although a bit worn, large windows with blackout curtains, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also huge. The shower had nice water pressure. If there had been more hooks, we would have opted to reuse our towels, but with only two small hooks, our towels did not dry overnight, so we got fresh towels daily. Housekeeping always did a great job - the room was very clean. The rooftop bar and restaurant are quite nice. The view is great and the cocktails are tasty. We did not do a proper meal up there, but enjoyed our snacks. Idris was our wonderful server who was very attentive and full of suggestions on which cocktails to try. The area around the hotel is full of dining and shopping options. It's conveniently located near public transit choices, including the Funicular! It's a hilly, but very walkable location. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed warmly with a Turkish coffee and loved the historical property. This is my 3rd trip to Istanbul in the last couple of years and this is one of my favourite neighbourhoods. There are so many great cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. With that said, on Saturday night it was crazy loud - like was loud music and people singing/being drunk on the street until 4:30am - seriously not cool and not what you’d expect (the noise and inability to sleep) in an upmarket hotel. Thank goodness the next nights were fine. Definitely ask for a high floor or room facing away from the street as its a real problem.
