In November, my husband and I enjoyed our two weeks in this large complex. We were unaware that the hotel had closed the day after we departed because it was the last weeks of the season. Despite having some smaller a la carte establishments closed, it did not detract from our enjoyment of our visit. We were permitted to use the a la carte on the final week without paying the additional cost because the guest numbers dwindled. Our favorite was the beachside seaside restaurant, which served lunch to order each day. Nothing was too difficult for the team because they were extremely polite. My wheelchair user was unable to climb back up from the beach area due to the arrangement of the paths in the garden, but there was always someone there who would do their best to push him back up. We also believed that the front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us. When we discovered that the additional batteries we had packed had died, my husband had a hearing aid issue and was not able to use the microwave to heat his infant food. For visitors who like their food hot, a fivestar hotel should purchase a decent one. The omelets were extremely tasty and cooked to order, and we thoroughly liked the wide range of fresh fruit and salads, especially the smoked salmon for breakfast and the delectable cut comb honey. After having our first child and traveling with our 4 monthold, we were very concerned about how this would go down, but after returning, I strongly recommend this motel to anyone traveling with children and babies. When we arrived, the complex itself was huge, and my wife and I were quite pleased, but the complex itself had become insignificant with allinclusive vacations. The receptionist team promptly checked us into our room, and we spoke to the hotel and tui representatives about reserving things like placate restaurants and the beach cabana. The cabana was amazing for a baby as it was soft and big enough to let the little one nap on the seats while we were there. The cabana employees gave excellent service as well. Although we traveled in the offseason, the staff may have been more attentive, but it was around 23-25 degrees, so it was plenty hot for pool and beach days. Our little one loved the meal, but it wasn't too hot either. There was a little kid's club on the kids side, which looked wonderful, and we observed other parents leaving their older children there for a few hours. There were numerous high chairs available for little ones, and there were a lot of food to keep the kids entertained. Our room was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated. We got freshen up and went to the cafeteria, which opened at 10.30 for late arrivals. We were taken back with a wide variety of desserts, fish, chicken, beef, pork, lamb, fresh fruit, dried fruit, and vegetables, sweets, ice creams, oats, and other options. Breakfast, bread, and sources. Variety of teas. Not to mention the traditional Turkish tea served in a decorative glass, which is char. There was soft music playing in the background. The employees were courteous and extremely attentive. We then went into the living area and had drinks in the bar, and live music entertained us. We proceeded back to our rooms and slept in clean fresh sheets and a comfy pillow. The blinds were double-layered, no light came through. The beach was tidy. There were many seating areas outside. There were numerous restaurants available with a la carte options. Swimming pools were clean. There was a pool, a relaxing area, sauna, and a balcony area with lounge and seating. Our experience at this hotel was great. We came with two young children traveling with us, and the family room was fantastic, with a double bed, a sliding door, and two twin beds for the kids. The food was plentiful and varied, always something new for the children to try and lots for them to eat. I had trouble finding a room in the kids club a few times, but it was half term. The staff was amazing and all were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The mute worker, mein, who we saw in the cafe and the bar, was incredibly friendly to the kids. He taught my eldest some straightforward Turkish phrases that both children thoroughly enjoyed using around the hotel. They genuinely enjoyed learning a little of the language, and just being able to say thank you or request a drink in Turkish made my children and the employees happy!.
