The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. Both the room and the bathroom are small. Every day, there are water bottles in the rooms and they also provide a buffet breakfast. Free coffee and tea at the reception. Helpful staff. In the heart of downtown turkey, istiklal street and taksim meydany are surrounded by transportation and lots of shops, stores, restaurants, cafes, mini markets, and malaysia exchanges.

Positive points a. The hotel is placed in an awkward room. It is wellmaintained. Excellent wifi. Rooms are tidy. Negative points negative the staff is incompetent, aggressive, and doesnt respond to all of our inquiries or needs. When they dont respond quickly to remembrance, the personnel is aggressive. All floors have cold, uncomfortable rooms with air conditioning that is set to 17 degrees. Noise from the rooms ventilation. Inadequate communication. There is no respect for hotel procedures. They refuse to answer our questions or requests.

We stayed here in september 2022. The hotel has spacious rooms with a turkish interior. Breakfast buffet was delicious, with many dishes to choose from. Ann, the receptionist, was also nice and very helpful.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a really great location next to the taksim metro, tikshim square, and istiklal street etc. Their breakfast is very good with an open buffet. Room has everything you need. They have elevator and lobby where you can relax with free coffee.

One of the coziest hotels ive ever stayed at. Excellent location, very quiet yet conveniently close to taxiim square and istiklal. It provided excellent service, courteous personnel, and was always willing to assist you with any request. A really good breakfast with a wide variety!.

The hotel was satisfactory. The staff members were friendly. However, they charged us twice as much for a single night than their actual cost, even though we had only stayed for 12 hours. Additionally, there is no handwash available. Therefore, if you visit this place again, be sure to bring bottled soap or hand wash with you.

Excellent location isteklal st is only a short stroll away, and taksim is just two minutes away. Nearby metro and bus stations. Friendly and welcoming personnel. Breakfast offers dozens of delicious options, which are all very good. The room was immaculate. Large and comfortable compared to other rooms in istanbul, the wifi was flawless. A smart ctv was excellent.

Due to his social media presence and his smile, you should anticipate busy areas and a large crowd. Not only because of how wellknown he was, but this location is also in the center of taksim, close to the busiest streets in Istanbul istiklal cd. Despite what i said, they will be able to locate you if you dont have gotten arranged beforehand, be quick to take care of your order, and everything is served hot and fresh. The food can be oily and the prices can get rudimentary, however, the staff is at least polite and fluent in several languages.

This is a great hotel that offers excellent service at incredibly affordable prices. The location is ideal because the hotel is near Taksim square and the metro station, which is close to Takshim square. I advise everyone to visit the nearby, conveniently located holly trinity church. Some intriguing amenities are included in the cost, such as slippers, bottled water, and coffee. Although the breakfast is filling and delicious, it was unfortunately the same throughout my threeday stay. Friendly and competent personnel. Anouar, the waiter at the brunch restaurant, deserves special recognition because he consistently makes an effort to welcome visitors. We requested turkish coffee on the first day, but the following day i remembered and brought it without our request. Your job should be done that way!.

An enjoyable location for authentic turkish cuisine. Lots of variety. Chicken, beef, and lamb. Excellent flavors. Chef burak has done a great job setting up these restaurants. Delicious kebabs, roasts and casseroles. Service is good. The servers are very cheerful.

This is the best hotel ive ever been to! Ive been going to istanbul twice on a daily for the last 10 years, and this is by far the greatest hotel that i have ever visited. They serve delicious food, are very generous and clean, all with no exceptions, plus the team service is amazing. Highly recommended!.

The hotel staff is very nice. The location is perfect, so close to istiklsl street, making it safe to come back late at night. Room was clean but a bit small. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in downtown and care about safety.

Excellent experience at the czn burak hotel. I had a layover in turkey and booked an economy room here for incredibly affordable in the Taksim region. The room is very clean, spacious, and wellfurnished. As we always see in chef burakhs videos, the breakfast was delicious and the bed is really comfortable! The bathroom lacks toothpaste, which is the only minor drawback. Everything was excellent aside from that. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They reserved me cab for the airport.

The location is ideal, taksim square is only 10 minutes away by foot. It takes around 20 steps to get to istiklal! The receptionist, ana, was really helpful. I adore you, her. The breakfast is excellent. There are cozy rooms. Family rooms are fantastic, spacious and spacious. Without a doubt, im going to stay there again. And recommend it for the family!.

We once visited and loved it! We feel at home in this hotel and always return to the same hotel. The staff is amazing. They are very friendly and constantly smiling! The rooms are clean, the shampoo smells like heaven and the breakfast is delicious. Its honestly worth the price. Dont hesitate to pay more because you will get quality in exchange and no regrets.
