A huge resort that caters to all nationalities and is separate from main resorts. We came in October, at the conclusion of the season, with my family, two adults and a teenager. We stayed in a hotel with a sea view room on the first floor and had a double bed and a single bed in the same room. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Daily cleaning. The view of the hotel grounds and the sea was breathtaking. It was magnificent to watch the sun set each night. The refrigerator was restocked with drinks from the water spa. We were not allowed to store the luggage as there wasn't much storage space for three of us. There was always something to eat and plenty of seating space. Service was slow with drinks orders and the tables weren't always fully set with glasses and china. A rink with a selection of shops, including a tattoo store, shoe shop, clothing stores, and a general store. Bars strewn throughout the resort with lots of seating space. Lots of beds available, no need to wake up early to secure them. Photos and a spa area are also available. Beach area was cold but the pool was large. In the day, people came round the pool to sell their restaurants off the premises. Lifts in the main hotel were not fast enough of them. We leave today after one of the most fantastic family vacations we've ever taken. Very regretting to be returning home, but hoping to return next year. Before we arrived, we had read several bad reviews and were concerned. Nothing false! The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. We arrived a little early and our room was immediately available. The reserved warehouse swim-up room did not let us down. We had a separate bedroom and two single beds in the living area. For three more than adequate. Two mini fridges with daily supplies of water and soft drinks. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. When going for brunch, lit up the make room up sign on the front door, and when we returned, the room was cleaned. The pool in the room was a little cold, but it didn't stop the child from jumping right in. The restaurants offer a wide variety of food, it would be really difficult to please not to find something to eat. The tables were cleaned and beverages were replaced in minutes once finished. During our visit, zat and yusef, two regular waiters, did everything they could for you. The pool was a little chilly, but it's November. Nothing stopping us to go inside or take a slide. There are plenty of slides available in the water park as well as a smaller area for younger kids. Definitely worth the trip

In my opinion, this hotel was far better than I had imagined. We had a room at sunset that was exceptionally clean and quiet. The buffet has excellent cuisine. The outside bar was fantastic with live music all night and the lobby bar with waiter service was excellent. I had to ask. We received our complimentary italian a cart. The meal was excellent. No white wine, err sorry not on, was stated, and no white wine was provided. The boss man gave us some. A kind man. The pools were also lovely. Toddler slides and large slides. The less excellent now. Cocktails are not good because they all taste the same. The patisserie was fantastic with ice cream and lovely cakes, but there is a problem. There are numerous flying in the area outside. Couldnt comprehend where they came from. Unpleasant. Also, nut allergies need to be taught. I requested a staff member to show us cakes without nuts on our last night. My daughter picked one and started eating it. Until she discovered what she believed to be a big nut, it was icing on the top. Not pleasant. On our final night, we were unable to get a table because the places were full of filthy pots. I reported him to the front desk and visitors relations. He was a salesman, he was selling boat excursions. A bystander

In general, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation in a good hotel. The weather was ideal, and if the price was right, I would undoubtedly return. Our lakeside accommodation was nicely arranged, roomy, and far from the main hotel, making it pleasant and tranquil. Every day, a little bar is updated with water and soft drinks. There were plenty of sun loungers and pool towels available, but it was late October when we arrived. Nevertheless, the pools were freezing! There was a stunning beach area with a large assortment of waterspouts available, and the sea was warmer. The food was fantastic, especially the lovely freshly grilled meat and fish, but the waits were awful for them, which weighs them down enormously. There are numerous Turkish dishes and salads. There is a decent beach snack shop also. Unfortunately, ai booze was the standard. Drink it all day without feeling anything! It would be wonderful to have a decent drink, although I don't want to be slaughtered! The spa was lovely, and I found it reasonable 35 for a Turkish hammer followed by a calming massage and a face mask. Although the hotel's location was a little out of reach, guests could catch dolls into Alaikum from the lobby door, which cost us 3 euros for two adults and two children. It

When we visit this hotel with 3 friends at the end of the season, they give a very great service, the food is also delicious, and the rooms are clean. The swimming pool area is also a beautiful and big pool. The only thing that made me a little cold is the pool itself. It's the end of the season so the weather is also cold but warm during the day, and we love the entertainment team especially momo and leo who make our vacation so much better. The shish boys appreciate all the water activities. We will definitely come back with our family next year.
