The room is spacious with a nice view and the staff is very friendly. The food is amazing. Highly recommended. We stayed for one night and the next time I visit the city, I would come back. The breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel was opposite to the grand mosque which is of the main tourist points in Bursa. Also the bazar and market of gold were few meters away. Good service and friendly staff but old hotel

We had an amazing time celebrating my nephews 2nd birthday. The food was really tasty, no drawbacks. The hospitality extended by the staff was very appreciated. Walking distance from the junction of vytilla, access to the bus hub, metro, ample parking, and valet parking are all a given plus. Thank you for the great experience.

My family and i stayed at the arctic hotel in vytila for the night, and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms are large and comfortable, with all basic amenities included in the package. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, especially to mr. Pranav, who assisted me in booking the hotel room for us as a 3rd adult in double occupancy at no additional cost. Two things to note are the noise from the corridor, which was disturbing, and the lack of wifi connection throughout the stay due to network issues, as reported by the front office staff. Leaving that aside, it was a memorable and enjoyable visit!.

Excellent location, hotel standards could be improved. The food is good if not excellent, the courteous staff compensates for everything. Nice openair bar. Special mention to staff sumathi.
