Rooms are always clean. The hotel is newly renovated and very comfortable. The bed is super cozy, and the interior design is elegant and modern. The Suite room offers a direct view of the Marmara Sea from the European side of Istanbul — absolutely beautiful! The location is also very strategic — only minutes away from historical landmarks such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. It’s easy to find delicious food and local shops nearby. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

Rooms are very dated and need renovation. Rather expensive than the aura next door. Breakfast on the roof with a view of the old town. However, if you eat outside, do not leave your plate alone as seagulls on the nearby roof will help themselves and chose cheese balls before I returned. internet problem. The coffee pot didn't work but they brought another.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Masjid Biru dan GHAIA Sophia, di satu sisi lain menghadap Laut Marmara. Dari restoran yang terletak di lantai atas, kita dapat melihat Masjid Biru dengan leluasa. Pagi yang cukup baik dan staf yang ramah. Hanya saja pada saat pemesanan melalui paplikasi, nama hotel adalah obelisk, sehingga menyulitkan kami untuk mencarinya.

We booked for 5 nights here. Excellent location, easy access to tourist attractions, public transport, and walking distance to the bosphorus. However, the rooms require renovations. Triple family room not like the pictures. Furnishings need updating. Curtain did not close and fell off the rod from the day we checked in, only repaired 3 days later after complaining daily about it needing repairs. This was noticeable as soon as we arrived in the room on arrival and should have been fixed before guests were checked in, not after. Only one room in the family room had air conditioning, the main bedroom had no air conditioning, and it was very hot to sleep. All rooms should have access to air conditioning. Breakfast definitely needs improvement, no variety and same breakfast options every day. Breakfast does not cater to all guests.

The family room was spacious. We had to extend our stay after we reserved for 5 nights because a flight was canceled, but the manager was kind enough to give us a great deal to stay in the same room. So we did not have to pack our bags and everything. Breakfast has a really nice view. Since I came with kids, the staff is all very friendly and helpful. The location is really strategic, near Habia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. We used the laundry service, which is a big deal for us since we had traveled for more than a week in Turkey.

In general, a good hotel is in a good location, very clean, staff friendly, free internet. Near to sightseeing. Turkish general rating seems higher than actual standard, so 4 stars is 3 etc. But this hotel was the same price as all others, but with a good position and standard.
