The hotel and the food and the location close to everything was amazing experience. I’m gonna come back again to the same hotel. The staff and the manager was friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean. The bed is very good thank you. See you next time.

Le patron a été extrêmement serviable : comme nous n'arrivions pas a accéder à l'hôtel ( les ruelles très encombrées et étroites) il est venu avec nous rechercher notre voiture laissée dans un otopark. Il nous a tout bien expliqué le plan. Vraiment serviable, merci. L'hotel est vraiment à deux pas de la mosquee bleue.

Konumu tarihi alanlarin tam ortasinda cok merkezi. Çalışanlar nazik ve ilgiliydi.kahvalti yeterli. odalar temiz konforlu ve şık. Bolge eski bir alan oldugundan otoparka gidiş acikcasi biraz zor. Sokaklar dar ve karmaşık. Biz otele ulasmaya calisirken baska bir otoparka girdik ordaki gorevli oteli arayip bize otopark konumunu atmalarini sagladi. Belki sizonden arayip otopark konumuna ulaşabilirsiniz. Sadece 12 yi gectigi icin otoparktan cikisimiz otopark ucreti odememiz gerekti .olmasaydi daha iyidi ama anlasilir bir durum.Genel olarak olumlu bir deneyimdi ozellikle arabasiz tarihi yerleri gezmeye gelenlere onerecegim bir yer.

Otel genel anlamda temiz ve düzenliydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olması çok rahat gezmemizi sağladı. İstiklal caddesi gibi bir cadde üzerinde bulunuyor fakat gece dışarısı sessiz sakin, sadece kaldığımız odanın yanındaki aile çok ses çıkarıyordu ve sesten ilk gün zor uyuduk. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Klima 2.gün arızalandı 2 kez bildirdiğimiz halde yapılmadı maalesef tek eksik yanı bu diyebilirim, neyseki aşırı bir soğuk havayla karşılaşmadık. Günlük oda temizliği olması olayını da ayrıca beğendim.

Atmosfer harika. Oldukça merkezi. Bu kadar eski bir bölgede bu kadar modern ve konforlu bir konaklama inanılmaz. Tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Her bakımdan çok memnun kaldık. Sonraki seyahatlerimizde tekrar güvenle tercih ederiz.

B Loft Hotel is convenient for markets and some sites and 2 min away from public transport. The staff is amazingly helpful and will go out of their way to assist - one even lent me his Bursa Card for my bus ride. The bed linen is nice and crisp. The bathroom has sufficient space to leave vanity bags and the shower is spacious. It does need some maintenance on the taps in basin and shower as they are loose. Towels are also old and need replacement. Although the breakfast are great and have a spread …..it does get a bit boring after 3 days; same food every day. I recommend this hotel; will stay there again if I ever go to Bursa again.

The hotel itself was great. Location was perfect, everything was walking distance with multiple shops and restaurants nearby, also the old bazaar. Taxi station and tram line was also nearby. We checked in early and thankfully they found us a room immediately. Everything was smooth. Their breakfast was traditional turkish breakfast with eggs, sucuk, different types of cheese and jams. All staff were very helpful and understanding, especially Salim. Would definitely stay here again!
