Súper fascinada con todo! El personal es muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación es perfecta! Tiene la parada de buses Havas (bus del aeropuerto de Trabzon) súper cerca! La comida sabrosa, ame este lugar. Muy agradecida con todos, en especial con el Sr. Murat y el Sr. Furkan de Okba tour, me ayudaron a coordinar mi viaje hacia los cultivos de té y otros lugares hermosos en Rize. La disposición de ellos fue lo máximo. De verdad que les súper recomiendo que se hospeden en este hotel! Lo mejor de lo mejor. Muchas gracias! Teşekkürler! Espero volver pronto.

Great rooms. Only down side is I believe our AC unit was broken but we didn’t mention anything as we just opened the window — wouldn’t be fair to dock the hotel on this one. Gorgeous night outside. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable. The Mercedes was parked right in front of the entrance, showing off the hotel’s luxurious customers. The second was a view from our room.

Breakfast was great! All of our meals were very good. Yemekler çok iyidi. The pool is large and the area was clean. We enjoy swimming in the sea, but there is no easy access to it here. The employees were all helpful and polite despite our very limited Turkish language. Tüm çalışanlar saygılıydı.

Excellent, spotless hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. However, not all of the staff speaks English, making communication a bit challenging if you can't speak Turkish. The surrounding area is close to local shops and many seafront restaurants offering a wide selection of seafood.

The location and accommodations are pleasant. There is plenty of parking space available. The pool is large with a retractable roof that can be closed or open as needed with the weather. The staff is not very friendly. The pool is nice, but we discovered that the beach towels were finished after we walked in. We asked for these and were assured that they would be available within five minutes. The towels from the empty room had to be brought from the pool to the receptionist, who were soaked in water. The food quality is terrible, given the hotel's rating and position. We ordered dana kebabs, burgers, and pasta, but all of them were not up to par. We decided to eat outside for the remainder of our trip. In conclusion, I won't recommend this hotel for this price.

The hotel is lovely and clean, I looked in the room so much, it came with a view of the sea and a balcony to enjoy the view, but when I tried the restaurant this evening, it was the worst meal I've had since I arrived in Trabzon, and the staff didn't help at all. We walked in the restaurant and sat at the table for more than 15 minutes and no one came to our table, so we approached the staff to ask for the menu, which they gave us only one copy for the both of us, and it took them around 20 minutes to come and get our order, which was rude, the burger tasted terrible, it actually tasted like a cow, so we simply had the fries and left looking for another restaurant to eat. Great location just needs to work on the restaurant side and it will be perfect.

The Babylon Hotel offers everything a typical 5-star spa and resort would need. Wonderful spacious rooms, gorgeous grounds, a sizable pool, and a sizable dining area. Although the hotel is in very good condition, you can tell the absence of visitors has negatively impacted it. Twelve of the motel hotels are closed. Our room, which was superior to the ground level and had a lovely view of the sea, had one double bed and one large bed. The large chair was cozy. The bed and pillows were great. large shower. Although not particularly hot, it was still comfortable to be warm enough to be comfortable. Turkey's breakfast was included in the room, which was unquestionably the finest we've ever had here. We were sometimes the only diner. One night, the selection was narrowly sexy, but not having a choice was a little odd. The food is generally average. There isn't much communication about hotel services. The front desk was pleasant, but she did not explain what procedures are followed to obtain towels for the pool, seats, and eat. The spa is the location's star. One of the best spa treatment we've ever received. It was a medical treatment. Trust me, if you're looking for deep massage, you'll get a very deep massage. Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations
