Very stunning hotel. We stayed here for 14 days. And it was the best holiday weve ever had. The staff was courteous and attentive, and they went above and beyond for us. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked the agean sea. The cuisine was delicious. With plenty of options. There was a buffet bar close to the beach, which we ate at every day. But you can also choose to eat at the main restaurant. There is a bar in the room that is regularly stocked. To be honest, we were unable to find fault during our stay. Everything was ideal for a wellearned relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend staying here. And, we will definitely be returning in this lovely hotel with the most beautiful view.

The hotel has an amazing view. Service is excellent and the restaurant personnel is amazing. We want to express our gratitude to Serge, who was always cheerful and willing to help us take care of everything. Serge, we appreciate you for everything and a high degree of professionalism. From the coffee bar, the emir, the game, and the lobby area and the beach bar, I also want to thank you. Our vacation was wonderful because of you, although the animation is terrible and the hotel needs to fix it, everything else is fantastic.

On May 0222, I checked into the Bail Drum Hotel, which is in the preseason in the region. Registration was simple. The restaurant cuisine was excellent, and the staff, particularly the restaurant personnel, was excellent. My wife suffered an accident on the second day and needed first aid, but they informed me that even though there is medical facility in the hotel, the medical service has not yet begun because the season has just begun. Apart from many positive aspects, the unpleasant odor emanating from the restrooms, particularly in windy conditions, is another negative aspect. Sadly, we were unable to participate in any activities and entertainment during our stay, probably because of the preseason. In conclusion, the location is ideal, the hotel is excellent, but the points listed above are still to be improved.

I have been to the same hotel twice before, and this time it was on bail drum. I went to the same hotel the first time, this time it was on bail drum. We are very grateful for the excellent professional service and kindness, especially to the boys small. Besides the mediocre live music that was fantastic three years ago, the hotel is the top drum company. I didn't mention the hotel's only disadvantage, which is the lack of live music, but this time, I forgot about that. I still enjoy my time here and it was also the best during my visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff was very helpful, they helped us get a quality room with a sea view and beachfront. The guest relations are really helpful and friendly, most of the staff speaks English.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The only issues we had were that we asked them twice to turn on the airconditioning but they did not. They said that they would need to turn it in for the whole hotel. We thought that was strange because it says it has air conditioning available.

Very relaxing & entertaining.. Facilties could be upgraded. The "All-inclusive " trait & the open sea view room makes you feel at home but with a portrait sea view! I disliked the early finish entertainment show/dance (11:30pm to 12:00am). Disco/nightclub did not operate during my stay. Must thank "Tina Turner" for her professional leadership in entertainment dancing/singing/a lot more. Highly recommended hotel!
