Otel genel hatlarıyla tercih edilebilir düzeyde. Yemek saatlerinde maalesef restaurant kapasitesi hem dağıtım açısından hemde oturacak yer bulmak açısından zorlayıcı olabiliyor. Yiyecek içecek kalitesi ortalama ne cok kötü ne de mükemmel. Restauranttaki yoğunluk boş şezlong konusunda da var. Oda kapasitesi çok fazla ama genel alanlar insan yoğunluğunu taşıma acisindan sorunlar yaratıyor. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Sürekli olarak aktiviteler mevcut. Biz çok eğlendik açıkçası. Tekrar tercih edebilecegim yerler arasında.

We actually booked the batihan sea resort and by the time we got there it was actually full they put is in another Ultra luxury hotel called batihan vadi it was so amazing with a private villa and a 5 star service. Everything was invlusive and it was the best experiences we had during our stay. We also had free transportation to the beach everytime we wanted to get there and were allowed to use any of the services in that beach resort as well. Extremely hapoy with their service. Their turkish hamam was one of the best! Thank you Hakan for makingour stay so amazing

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, the facilities are good with plenty to do if you want to join in. The food is good with plenty to choose from. Location is very good being on the sea front and close to a very large shopping mall.

Everything was good, the room big and clean, nice view from the balcony, the buffet very good with a lot of variety, fresh fruits and desserts excellent. The cocktails drinks were very sweet and not good. We enjoy our stay.

At first, the tables were set out in long rows without gaps much like a school canteen from the 1960 s, and to be honest, the food looked and tasted like that too. After people finished eating, the table linens weren't working properly, and patrons were frequently asked for knives and forks. The main pool is large but not heated. There are two kid pools and a separate pool area with three waterslides that operated every three hour periods. There is a lot of stuff to keep the kids happy. The grounds are good, and there were plenty of sunbeds and parasols on the private beach, but the water is 15 yards and very difficult to walk over. Wifi is really good in the lobby and outside areas, but it was a bit hit and miss in my room. The lifts were fine and even if there were no waiters, getting served in bars was simple. The entertainment team seemed to do a good job, and the sunset a la carte made a nice change, but the portions were large.

We were a group of seven people with four rooms in the first two weeks of July. 22 food and drink are very good like a typical all-inclusive hotel or a home, yes, the same food comes up, but the food is good with a wide variety, Italian food cooked in front of you, fresh bread baked by a lady at a bred oven outside, a restaurant next to the beach, burgers and chips drinks available most of the day, we drink shorts and the bar was fine good strong spirits and no problem getting everything you could want location hotel is right on the beach with it's own sunbed yes it is busy but we were there in July so what does anyone expect staff working on the sunbed very friendly and helpful animation team is excellent and there are many activities staff at the front desk is helpful and will do their best to help be courteous and nice and you will be well looked after the facilities are fine usual problems with selfish people leaving towels on beds and not using them for a long time this happens everywhere there was only one hotel in Kusadasi probably 20 times and stayed at several hotels rooms did have problems toilets but no big deal. The only real negative aspect of the hotel is the room walls aren't insulated so it's not pleasant to be able to hear everything from the room next to you, this is very off the mark of being self
