Very good hotel, with very polite and cool staff. Warm room in winter. Clean and tidy. Above all, the good price. There are many shops and places to eat around. I recommend.

Three days were spent in the motel. Everything was great on the first day, including the accommodating personnel. When I entered the room, it appeared to be neat, but when I checked the bathroom for some details, it didn't appear to be as neat as it had appeared the first time. The hotel staff is old and needs to be changed. The next morning, I had breakfast, which was fine for a three-star hotel. The room was cleaned very lately, even on the second day, but it was not cleaned at all! When I called to inquire about the reason, they were very sorry and promised that someone would arrive for 30 minutes, but no one came, and there was no explanation on the following day! The worst hotel I stayed in for three different hotels from other countries. Try to open the window handle suddenly, it's broken. I advise you to pick another hotel because you can easily find other hotels nearby.

The room size was bigger compared to other hotels in Istanbul. The room was neat and tidy, but a hot water problem was not fixed. Could have just one night, but they could have changed rooms. The breakfast was horrible. The selection was limited. I have no idea what location it was. I wish you a pleasant journey in Istanbul.

Nice hotel with quiet rooms. We stayed there on New Years Eve. Good hotel and nice helpful staff. Close to a nice shopping mall city and great cafes. Mack park and one metro station away from Kumi Square.
