Reception and stuff very welcoming. Location is close to Metro and Tramvay. House keeping is brilliant. Breakfast is fine but when u use for alacarte there is not many option. Could be better menu and tastier Enjoy the Istanbul.

Super hyggeligt hotel, med god service. Hotellet ligger mega centralt og der er transport muligheder til nærmest alle turist attraktioner med tog og metro. Og specielt tayfun var så god til at guide os og hjælpe med alle vores mange spørgsmål. Helt klart et hotel som vi vender tilbage til:)

Very friendly staff members. A beautiful cozy hotel. Great breakfast with an incredible view. For entertainment, a seagull ate someone's breakfast and broke a plate. Great location! Many shoes.

We loved the Beyazit Palace Hotel for its proximity to the Grand Bazaar, Misir Carsisi & Sultan Ahmet. There are also transport links should one want to connect to other places in Istanbul! We walked most of the time. In the negative side, we did not quite get the Turkish hospitality that we are used to at this hotel. Customer service could be better as everything seemed to be a bit of problem. For example, we asked if we could pack a breakfast to go, like a sandwich since we were in a hurry and wanted to beat the crowds for the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The manager said no; that we have to eat in the restaurant. Even though the room included breakfast. It was also just that one off! On the whole, breakfast was very basic with only two options for cooked food such as boiled or scrambled eggs or broccoli with peppers or cauliflower with carrots. The rest was the usual Turkish spread. About the room. One of the headboards fell off. The water went everywhere when showering as there was not enough surface area to take a shower. So the water went all over the floor. There was no space to put our makeup bags in the bathroom - so basically kept most of that in the suitcase, which was inconvenient each time we needed to freshen up! Other than that, the stay was pleasant enough

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant on floor 6 had excellent views and a good range of food options. The main complaint was that the rooms are generally small although we were able to move to a larger (but not big!) room for days 2 and 3 of our 3 day stay.
