The hotel boasts a prime downtown location, boasting pristine cleanliness and equipped with reliable wifi and powerful air conditioning throughout the rooms. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and diligent in their service, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, guests can enjoy discounts on food and beverages provided at the hotel, as well as on tours and sightseeing opportunities throughout Istanbul. If i ever return to Istanbul, ill undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

We stayed for a week. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the service was amazing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything. We had savored it. Dont forget to stop by the restaurant.

We stayed in this hotel for about 4 days. The staff is very helpful with everything we need. Taxis were arranged beforehand and were very reliable. Room condition was good and we could easily ask for special arrangements when needed. We recommend this motel to anyone visiting istanbul. Close to many famous sights.

The location is within walking distance from all the hidden gems of istanbul. And then, omar will give you some tips and tricks on how to explore turkey without any hassle. The zerzevan hotel was the place i recently had the pleasure of staying, and ill admit it was a wonderful experience. This hotel is not only conveniently located near all of the popular tourist attractions but also has convenient access to public transportation, as well as being surrounded by dozens of local shops and restaurants. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel staff was friendly, attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One staff member, mr. Omar, stood out for his exceptional dedication to making our trip truly memorable. Mr. Mohamed took the time to personally show us around the hotel. He gave us valuable information about local amenities, popular sightseeing spots, etc. And even suggested some hidden gems that we might have otherwise missed. His knowledge of this area was impressive, so he patiently answered all our questions, making sure we knew everything about the area and could make the most of our time in the city. In terms of pricing, the hotels quality of service is excellent. It is an ideal choice for travelers because of its convenient location, proximity to tourist destinations, excellent public transport, nearby shops, or restaurants close by. However, what truly distinguishes this hotel apart is the exceptional assistance provided by the staff, particularly the one who is named omar.
