The rate offered for this area is quite reasonable. In Kara, where many of the consulate buildings are located, this hotel is conveniently located in the most elegant area. Additionally nearby are numerous nice cafes, pubs, and eateries, particularly the more expensive ones. Sheratons and Hilton are all fairly close by. The rooms are tidy and quite spacious. The hygiene tub was quite recent. Breakfast was adequate. It was on a one-story property. I was anticipating breakfast there because I am aware that they have a rooftop eatery. Although they have rooms with balconies for smoking guests, ours was a non-smoking one, which was disappointing. When I return from Kara, I would stay at this hotel.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is it's helpful receptionist. The furniture was old and the bed was uncomfortable. I have a doubt about it's clarity. No safe box in the rooms. The hotel is in a nice area of the city but access is not suitable.

The location of Kara is excellent. Very nice leafy park area with a wide variety of restaurants is only a short walk away. The hotel itself has just a small number of rooms and has been done quite elegantly. There is a lovely little courtyard where you can sit outside and relax with your morning coffee and the very friendly cats! The only thing I didn't like very much was the showers. They are allison cubicles, very small and easier to sit on the built-in bench seat and get showerered from above than to try to stand and wash yourself.
