The hotel is excellent. The hospitality is excellent. The manager, the receptionist, and the entire team are all very professional, friendly, and pleasant. There is a shortcut to the center of the hotel. The location is excellent. The room is immaculate. The rooftop view is breathtaking. The receptionist, 'Unnar, is incredibly helpful, competent, and pleasant. He assisted us in carrying our heavy luggage downstairs when we departed. If we ever returned to cappadocia, we would most certainly return.

The room is nice, and there is a large roof balcony where you can watch the hot air balloons take off. I had a very good trip to turkey in those two days, and i will stay at this cave hotel next time.

We stayed at the travellers cave hotel in capadoccia for 2 nights primarily for the balloon ride, so imagine our disappointment when that did not happen! But the experience at travellers cave was more than that! The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms hamamstyle, the beautiful breakfast spread and the great views! But the staff made the experience so much better with special callouts to hakan and bulgan. I had been bothering hakan with lots of questions well before we arrived and he patiently answered each one of them. Whilst there, they helped make our reservations for the green tour and atv. They even went out of their way to drop us off with our heavy bags at the bus station at 10 pm! These interactions made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here if in goreme!.

Stafnya sangat ramah! Tolong beri saya informasi perjalanan dan dengarkan permintaan saya juga. Ada perapian di kamar dan Anda dapat menggunakannya secara gratis. The hotel staff is warm and friendly. Arrive early and arrange checkin directly. The scheduled date for the hot air balloon was canceled and the boss helped us book the location for the next day. The hotel is in a very good location, with a great view!.

Good location at the end of main street. There are two entrances one at the bottom and one at the top. If you are at the bottom, you have quite a few steps to walk through to get to reception or the breakfast area. So i would only recommend this hotel if you are fit and healthy. The view at the top is amazing with all the balloons appearing after 5 am. We got the junior suite, which is located at the top, which included a jacuzzi and fire place. The room was clean and the staff here were very nice.

Pelayanannya sangat baik, resepsionisnya cepat tanggap. Beberapa tour juga meminta bantuan resepsionis untuk dicarikan dan semuanya tertangani dengan baik. Kamarnya juga rapi dan nyaman. Pemandangannya sangat bagus. Dekat dengan jalur hiking. Setiap subuh bisa melihat balon air panas dari sini. Semoga ke depannya ada jalan yang bisa memudahkan baby stroller atau wheelchair untuk disabled.

I would strongly suggest it! For our honeymoon, my wife and i stayed at the Travellers cave hotel, and it was fantastic! The accommodation itself was fantastic, lovely, roomy, and had a hot tub inside! But what truly sets this establishment apart is the service. They provided me with the exact room i had requested. The receptionist allowed me to borrow one for the duration of my stay because i forgot my adapter. They did the job of cleaning our room at a specific time, and they also prepared our bed with flowers and a towel arrangement. I booked the hot air balloon ride, horseback riding, and red tour through the hotel, and everything went smoothly. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety. Travellers is situated at the top of goreme, so they have the best view of the balloons by far, and they offer the best service. We appreciate unal and the crew for always taking such good care of us!.

Lokasi hotel dan pemandangannya sangat bagus. Staf sangat sopan dan penuh perhatian selama kami menginap. Tidak ada masalah dengan makanannya. Itu adalah hotel yang bersih. The hotel is fantastic, and i would highly recommend it if youre in cappadocia! It may have the best viewing terrace overlooking the main town and the balloons. The breakfast was excellent, and the room, which was fantastic, we had rooms 15 and 13 on the lower level! The only suggestion i would offer is to book a room close to reception if you have trouble walking. Fantastic hotel!.

The room was a little small and dark, but that was fine. The view and the area were perfect. We came during the new year and the fireworks were amazingly spectacular and they also gave us some sweet little treats (cupcakes and keychains) which was very thoughtful of them. Breakfast was very good, would love to come back just for it. We booked a turkish dinner night with them for 40 euros, cheaper than some online sites.
