I was supposed to check in at cheers hostel after arriving in hanoi very early after a night train. It was raining very heavy and the room wasnt ready until 2 pm, so the owner moved us to idy room across the street. Great service and location. Lovely staff would definitely recommend.

The hostel was fantastic, offering a fantastic tour of the ha giang loop. Our leader, thaoi, was truly exceptional. He served as my rider, making us feel very welcome and content. Without denying, it was by far the best tour in south eastasia.

I would like to give a special mention to the group leader, lari, who was very knowledgeable and supportive in his native language. The transportation from hanoi to hi giang is also excellent. All of the hostels were spotless, and the cuisine was excellent throughout, with plenty of food that may be too much variety and lots of variation. My group of six members all hired easy riders, they were extremely competent and allowed us to enjoy the ride on the back of our bike and enjoy every aspect of it.

Kamarnya besar, nyaman, dan bersih. Stafnya baik dan membantu. Dekat dengan banyak hal di Hanoi. Kami melakukan Ha Giang Loop melalui Cheers dan bersenang-senang. Ini adalah pengalaman paling menakjubkan yang pernah ada. Sangat direkomendasikan!

Excellent hostel. There are no dormitories and only double or twin rooms. We stayed in a double room several times. They also gave us some bus tickets and arranged for ha giang tour. Everything was fantastic. I also did laundry there. The staff was always so friendly. Would return.

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Brilliant and friendly staff. Very attentive and helpful, clean and relaxed setup. Booking for the hai giang tour was easy and such a highlight.

This is truly one of the best hostels ive ever been to, and if i could give it 10 stars, ill definitely give. The room is spotless and tidy, they provide towels and change them daily, as well as changing my pillowcase every day (case might be different since stayed for a long time). The staff are all absolute legends, having extensive knowledge of how to navigate the city, especially about food (you can ask chloe for recommendations, girlie has sorted out some good restaurants nearby, etc.) The location is also perfect, being close to the famous Emmanuel cathedral, walking distance to lake, with cute shops nearby. Although there are some external noises from outside the building, particularly the cathedral itself, no one can do much about it because the church has been there longer than the hostel. Would recommend it to anyone traveling alone or with friends because they also offer fun tours (go take the hagiang loop tour, it will be the greatest decision of your life!.

I heartily endorse choosing the cheers hostel for the hai giang loop tour. I was initially skeptical about staying in a hostel, but this trip was the highlight of my trip to vietnam. The accommodations, cuisine, and service were all excellent. Because their entire livelihood depends on it, the tour guides, hosts, easyrider drivers, are all incredibly motivated to go above and beyond in every way (comfort, safety, entertainment, or enjoyment).

I can only recommend that anyone who wants to do the haigian loop book it through cheers hostel. During the three days, i had the best experience. The drivers were excellent and extremely friendly. I only had an amazing time because of them. Also cheery hostel staff was very friendly to me. After the loop, they allowed me to stay in the hostel without making a reservation until the next morning until my bus to the following destination arrived.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. They were very informative and reassuring with any questions we had about the hi giang loop, which we also booked through them! The hostel itself was lovely itself very clean and comfortable. I reserved the ha giong epic tour through the Cheers hostel. From the pricing to the detailed agenda for the threeday trip, it undoubtedly delivered on its promise. The drivers and staff were extremely kind and made sure everyone was safe and at ease. By the way, they are skilled drivers. It was such a remarkable and humbling experience to stop in the villages. You will see people making linens by hand and busy markets in action. Particularly the children who waved at us as we passed. Everyone in this group was so friendly, especially the kids waving at me as you passed by. After hours of hiking around the mountains, having dinner and drinks with everyone in groups was enjoyable. They promised us that we would make friends for several days on the first day, which was incredibly true!.

We stayed here after visiting ha gioang loop, which we recommend doing with them when we arrived at 11 p. M. The dorms were much nicer than anticipated! Comfortable and newly furnished! I was extremely hot and the fans could use a reset because they didnt face me.

This is the place to stay if youre not looking for a party hostel! Nice, cozy, and quiet little hostel that lives up to western standards. Long beds, soft mattresses, lightshut curtains on each bed. Nice design of the room with cot. Lockers with locks already on (you get tasty. Free water, coffee, tea. Capable receptionist.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat bagus, dekat dengan banyak toko seperti bar, restoran, kios, kedai kopi, salon, spa, dan masih banyak lagi. Staff nya melayani dengan sangat baik hati dan juga membantu. Mereka menyediakan tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman dan dilengkapi dengan tirai privasi yang sama persis dengan foto yang mereka tampilkan di aplikasi. Selain itu, terdapat fasilitas kopi dan teh yang tersedia dengan sangat terbatas.

The trip was fantastic overall, and all the guides and riders were wonderful! I had a great time booking the threeday ha giang loop through cheers! Throughout all three days, i felt secure because my driver was very skilled. Although there was little english information provided and the group was comparatively large (12 of us were 15 people!.

The location is right around the corner from st. Josephs cathedral and many cafes, great restaurants, coffee shops and shops. The staff are excellent hosts - very friendly, helpful, generous, and responsive. I normally dont stay in hostels but i booked the ha giong loop motorbike tour through Cheers on recommendation and my entire experience staying there and doing the loop was amazing.

I went on the ha giang loop tour, and the staff and tour riders at cheers made everyones experience an enjoyable and memorable experience. On the first day of the trip, there was shyness and awkwardness, but by the end of it, everyone connected and became close friends! The motorcycle ride really takes you away, yet it is enjoyable because the scenery and beautiful scenery far outweigh the hours of riding. Additionally, the riders are incredibly talented at taking amazing photos of you, they are also very fun people who live life to the fullest! Not to mention that the crew at crack hostel are really nice people willing to help with anything, be there for you and do a great job of being professional!.

The highlight of my trip was the threeday ha giang loop tour! Everyone was incredibly kind, and the tour was wellorganized. After that, we spent two nights at the Cheers hostel, where we were very pleased with the immaculate private rooms. Since you get a private room with sanitized bathroom, its more like tavern than otel rooms in this place. Excellent location, i would most certainly return!.

We had a great time on this trip and had an amazing experience with them. The food was also very delicious. They have sytayed our expectations for arranging tours to all the places we wanted to visit when in hanoi. Our room was private, with comfortable beds, i think it was better than if we were going to go back to the mainland. But their communication was excellent, the tours as described and the pickups were always easy. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other tours, and ive done my research. My wife and me are early 30 th wedding anniversary party, so we didnt want to do anything else. This tour was one of the best experiences of our lives. Naturally, we werent both hesitant to ride bike on mountain roads because the road can be quite hairy at times due to landslips and loose stones. I rode clogged motorbikes with my wife, who was riding alone. If you dont have one, you will be fined 2,000,000 or your license will get you away. On the first day, they picked you up on ninh bay cruise tour, which included transfers to and from halong bay.
