This is the last time we have stayed at this place. We had a wonderful stay here. They also provide a restaurant manager who also serves meals.

This is a 4-star hotel in Turkey, so it's probably comparable to a 3 star in the uk or spain. We had absolutely no complaints about the hotel. Our room was clean and tidy and had a balcony. daily cleaning and towels changed regularly. Maids were very friendly and would do anything if requested. Bar staff were very friendly and efficient. English wasn't always great, but frankly.. How many bar staff in uk hotels speak Turkish? I understand the complaint about having to pay for drinks, but we had no complaints. We never had any complaints about the pools. Always have beds and pools cleaned daily. A holiday is what you make and you get what you pay for this was an excellent little hotel with a very intimate atmosphere. The owner who actually lives on site was approachable, always pleasant, and courteous to us. In conclusion, my wife and I had a wonderful holiday. We met some beautiful people. We had some good food and were treated to great hospitality. We were concerned about some of the reviews before going, but we had nothing to worry about and would recommend club mermaid village to everyone.

My friends and I had a wonderful and enjoyable vacation. More than was anticipated from a five-star hotel, even though it's not spectacular. Although it is ancient, cleaning is excellent and ideal, but the building has to be updated. The rooms are adorned with incompatible ornamental designs. Nice layout, spotless surroundings, but the Marquis landscape looks like a poor forest with incompatible plants everywhere, it requires scrub work, and the pool remains small as the hotel capacity, so people must swim together. There is a race to please the travelers, but I could not explain why there was no such effort in the other hotels where I had a vacation. In the later days of the vacation, I understood why. Start, who claims to be the hotel's owner, is constantly trying to establish a dialogue with the visitors and talk with them. He maintained a conversation with us and questioned our level of satisfaction with the hotel. We said in our hand, but he continued to behave as if there was a problem, as if there was always a problem, and the boss was not trustworthy, I wouldn't want to work with this boss. In reality, another group of friends utilized this situation to provide advice to other travelers and take a look at everything while you were away. We discovered, complain about everything and many things while you were on vacation, they offered the chance for free closer attention
