This is a nice hotel with some pros and cons. On the plus side, there is definitely sytayed space that is welldeveloped and he has i like dangling water parks. The beach is large and wellkept, but some people may find large homeless dogs disturbing it. There are also many bars to choose from. Although there are many options, it is not of the highest caliber, and you may have to look hard to find something good for yourself. Many desserts are available, however they are very poor. To some degree, this is compensated by the excellent ice cream. Most of staff are friendly and helpful, although communication is often difficult due to poor english language proficiency. Diverse animation groups exist. Some are pleasant and social, others are less so. Unfortunately, the constant pressure to give the hotel favourable rating is quite annoying. I am aware that this should be more tactful and subtle, though. Overall, its not as good if it wasnt as great as we anticipated based on the reviews, yet overall, our stay was enjoyable.

I can only recommend this place and hope to return in the near future. Dear hotel management, i want to thank you for the wonderful week ive had here at hotel crystal centro. From the first minute, everyone made me feel very welcome. Every employee, and he means everyone!, has made every effort to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I really appreciate that! Not only was aweinspiring how the hotel is run by its leaders, but also how well coordinated all employees were. The cuisine was excellent, while reeked of how clean and welcoming the entire facility felt. Finally, im really pleased with the sophisticated program on new years eve, especially the gala dinner, as well as all the other activities. Thank you once more for making my time here so memorable. A very enjoyable family vacation for adults and especially children. The hotel is amazingly clean, the pool and slides are great and suitable for both small children and adults. Food at the hotel was varied and delicious. High quality liquor. Service is usually very good and attempts. Room standards are reasonable, family rooms are quite spacious, and childrens pullout couches are less comfortable. Shower maintenance is poor, there is leak from the shower in the room, they change the rooms, also in another room there was a leak and blockage in one of the bathrooms that was treated. Overall i had hoped to return and had an enjoyable vacation.

We want to leave our impression of how it was in turkey at the crystal centro hotel after a while. The first impression upon entering the hotel was that the language was very bad, but the warmth of the greeting was still felt in the background. Before we left, we were told at an agency that this hotel had been renovated last year and you could see it. Everything was new, neat, and clean. We were delighted with our room and the extra money for the sea view was worth it! The staff quickly filled the fridge and cleaned the room when needed. Swimming pools were very clean all day, sunbeds and fresh towels were provided for all guests. Regarding the beach and sea, they are not like the arctic sea but we also have to praise the cleanliness of them here. Entertainment throughout the day including various games, dances, plays, music, was poorly organized, uncreative, etc. Many nights there were excellent performers/groups. Our only problem was the food. Even though it is available 24 hours i cant say enough good things about it, 95% of what ive got is served every day and tastes different. Spices or cooking technique, sweet part of program arent what we expected. If we had to give 0 to 10 stars for certain segments, it would be like this.

Ketika kami melakukan perjalanan dari tanggal 21 sampai 25 Oktober, kami pertama kali melihat bahwa kamar yang kami pesan ketika kami tiba di hotel tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kamar yang kami pesan. Kamar dengan pemandangan laut benar-benar menakjubkan.
