This was an excellent experience. It is 15 minutes by bus from the airport. The H-6 bus goes from the terminal directly to the hotel door. 10/10 convenience. $1 bus ride. The metro station is very close, but at the bottom of a hill. If you have heavy luggage, the walk up the hill to the hotel will be difficult. But after I checked in and dropped my suitcase I used the metro to go to the center of Istanbul and explore. It takes about 1 hour. $1 ride. There is a convenience store across the street for beer, liquor, water and candy etc. In the same plaza there is a local grill restaurant with outdoor seating in the back. Prices are very reasonable. I got lamb kebab dinner for $12. Staff at the hotel were fantastic. Very helpful and pleasant. Hotel restaurant is good quality, but a little expensive compared to the other options. Only problem was the light in the bathroom didn’t work. Very minor. I didn’t even complain. The town around the hotel is a quiet suburb with families. It seems that a lot of airport workers police and security live here. It’s absolutely safe, even at night. I definitely recommend this place for the price, location and convenience, if you are in Istanbul for a short airport transfer.

Clean room, friendl, helpful staff. Good location. Acvross the street from a Turkish restaurant, close to a good cafe naned Botanik. Uncomfortably small room, and even smaller borderline unusable bathroom. Japanese size room withput tge Japanese convenience. No room to put even one tiny suitcase. No closet. Through the door to the balcony can only go a nearly 2 dimensional human being. The architect never we t to any school and nothing was built following any safety codes whatsoever. I do not think we will use this hotel again.

The room was clean and an ok size. The staff were half kind and half aloof. And the walls were so thin, I could hear people whispering in the hall. The hot water pot didn't turn off when the water boiled and scalding hot water pumped up and out.of the on/off switch. I had to unplug it at the wall.

I supposedly received an upgrade to a premium room, but the window didn’t close, so I asked the receptionist to check the other room they were thinking of offering instead, but that also had some issues with the kettle, no TV remote and wires sticking out where a switch should have been... so not maintained properly. It isn't bad value, I suppose, and roughly 10 minutes walk from the metro, although note that it is a relatively steep walk up to the property.

Well unfortunately due to the situation in the middle east and my flight being pushed back to the next day. Wasnt able to make it to Istanbul until the day after. Messaged the hotel and they were not very understanding of the circumstances. And were unable to move my booking for me and allow me to stay. Guess the hotel must have been fully booked. Anyways not the best experience with this hotel, good thing their business model is good and forgiving. At least there was an abundance of hotels in the area able to accommodate me easily. Wouldn't recommend.

Room and location good. Personal is scamming the whole time to make money. Airport transfer crazy expensive, menue for dinner in Euros, which they translate at stupid rates back to TRL! I asked for the menue in TRL - they refused to give me one.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was in poor condition and clearly not properly maintained. Several walls showed signs of water damage, moisture, and mold. It looked like the hotel had started repairs by sanding the walls and applying filler, but the work was never completed, leaving large unfinished patches throughout the room. The overall impression was that the room was still under renovation. The bathroom was especially concerning. The walls and corners were dirty, there were visible stains and signs of mold, and some fixtures showed rust. The ventilation fan was covered in dust and dirt, indicating it had not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom did not feel clean or hygienic. The most serious issue was safety. The glass desk in the room was broken, with a large piece missing from the edge. Sharp glass edges were exposed, creating a real risk of injury. A guest could easily cut their leg or hand by accidentally bumping into it. This type of hazard should never be left in a room occupied by paying guests. The condition of the room did not match the photos or expectations advertised online. The combination of unfinished repairs, poor cleanliness, visible moisture damage, and unsafe furniture made the stay very uncomfortable. I took photos documenting these issues. I cannot recommend this hotel and believe significant improvements are needed before these rooms should be offered to guests.
