This place is amazing because of its fantastic facilities and all-inclusive concept. Our room has a small island and a wonderful view of the sea. And then, the beach is spotless, and the water is like an aquarium full of fish. After that, the location is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

We had never been to drum before, and we were so fortunate to have spent our vacation in the Marriott Delta Hotels! So, from the very first step to the hotel lobby, we were pleasantly surprised by the roomy and stylish interior, the warm and accommodating reception staff, and the quick and comfortable lodging. The hotel is quite modern and wellequipped with elevators to restaurants and the beach. The rooms are also very large and clean, daily fresh towels packed in sanitary bags, really large wardrobes, we've never experienced it in european hotels! The cuisine was very fresh, with good selections both European and local cuisine, season fruits, and of course, rich, handmade, fresh desserts! We also went to the ala carte restaurant, which had a large selection of regional dishes and fresh wishes! The beach was wonderful and very comfortable, with nice white sand entering, protected from waves, and safe for children. A good waterslide for kids is also nearby. There was also a very comfortable and clean zone for those who prefer entering the sea from a platform. The sea is nice blue and so clean that we can see small fish! The bar was open from 10 until 18 with plenty of water, drinks, food after lunch, and friendly staff. There was enough room to avoid being irritated by noise and crowds. I recommend this place. This place has excellent housekeeping services. Besides that, the staff were also friendly. They have a laundry service, room service, rooftop restaurants, and lounges.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel, everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is spacious enough not to be irritated by crowds and cozy at the same time. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Special thanks to all the people in the restaurant, particularly basin bar, urban balkan, as well Barmen Mustafa Yildiz and Ahmed lose loved your Malibu sunsets.

Wir waren im Juli 2022 in diesem Hotel und sind mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht zufrieden gewesen. Der Service war „ok“. Es gibt selten ein Lächeln oder ein Guten Morgen. Das Klientel war extrem abgehoben und unfreundlich. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die Kellner sowie das Housekeeping-Personal waren ständig überfordert, weil zu wenig Personal vor Ort war. Die Zimmer waren nicht immer zu 100% sauber. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Instead of Private beach everything was terrible. It was all inclusive but it is so limited food at open buffet. Staff don’t know anything about the hotel if you ask any question answer is always l am new or l don’t know. No coffee or tea set up in the room no hair dryer it was definitely not 5 star maybe 3 star . It is shame for Marriott chain.

Personel sayısı ve personelin hijyen eğitimi bence yetersiz. Az gider çok iş mantığı ön planda hissi verdi bana. Personel artık yorulmuştu. Yiyecekler bakımından lezzet açısından iyi denilebilir, çeşit fiyata göre olabilir boyutta ama ekipmanları bayağı eksik. Bardak çatal kaşık vb bekliyorsunuz. Barda kahve fincanları vb yetersiz. Housekeeping bir kişi çok ilgili yardımcı ama koridorun diğer tarafı için aynı şeyi söyleyemem eğitimsiz eleman sayısı eğitimliden daha çok. Tecrübeli kalifiye eleman ve mutfak servis ekipmanları sayısı yetersiz. Bu yetersizlik housekeepingten tutun garson hizmetlerine hep hissediliyor. pool bar aktif iyiler ama ek destek elemanlara ihtiyaçları kesinlikle var. Aşağı beach bar yanı snack restoranın şefi çok iyi biri düzgün titiz çalışıyor. Otelin Denizi de biraz dalgalı ama yinede beyaz kum oluşu güzel. Teknik arızalarda yaşadık ama birkaç kere aradık düzelttiler teknik ekibi gayet iyi çalışıyor. Otelin iç dizaynı dekoru vb iyi ama genel hijyeni biraz kötü . Localar var ek ücretli bunlar olabilir açıkçası normal birşey. Oturma alanı yeterli miktarda var. Açıkçası zorunlu kalmazsam bir daha nadir tercih ederim.

For the price I paid for this property this was a very disappointing stay. Although there was a lot of food variety the food quality was very low. The service wasn't very up to par with a Marriott hotel either. The coffee was from a vending machine! They ran out of towels for the beach area a few times. There are no appointed areas for smokers so when you are at the beach you are constantly inhaling smoke from all the smokers around.

Absolutely awful hotel, first room they gave us had no WiFi in that building, they switched us to another room next day which had no hot water and the AC was barely working. Also, This hotel is quite far from Bodrum, their food was mediocre mainly Turkish menu, and the worst part was it would take us 3 different elevators to go from entrance to our room every time. Good staff but couldn’t help much..
