The rooms are basic but nice and clean and the cleaner leaves a bottle of water every morning. The food isn't great and not much for English people. Very repetitive. I got sick on the vacation and the staff helped me so much.

Spent two weeks here. The food was good, and the best hot chocolate drink, the room was average, the grounds were nice, the shopping mall was right at the side of the hotel once a week, and the shops were only a fiveminute walk away, and the splash park was great. Would visit again.

In short, we had a wonderful experience. I was fearful about our visit after reading a few of the negative evaluations on this website, but we had a fantastic time. All 7 of us were engaged throughout the day due to the watermarks, however there was still plenty to do in the evenings. Although the menu has a regional theme, we found trying new foods to be beneficial rather than eating traditional English fare. The staff is quick to give suggestions for a tip, but I suspect I paid more for our vacation than some of them earn in a year, so if we got good service, I didn't mind giving them. The choices for beverages were limited, but because we were on a family vacation, we weren't on the sesh, so the options were more than adequate for us. The younger male employees were kind to our teenage daughters, but not so much that I felt the need to intervene.
