The hotel and rooms are so beautifully decorated. Breakfast is big, the biggest highlight is the warm and welcoming host. She was always there when we needed something and always with a smile.

I was fortunate enough to wake up at this lovely boutique cave hotel on the first morning of 2022. Set in the picturesque, unspoiled village of Ortahisar, ella cave hotel is small, immaculate and exquisitely decorated with a special focus on local antiques and authentic Turkish rugs. I can't speak highly enough of the lovely, friendly and kind staff. The calm and cozy cave arch room was the perfect counterpoint to the evening's celebrations. After a sound sleep in the very comfortable bed and a delicious made-order breakfast, 2022 looked very positive indeed.

This hotel is stunning. The owner, Rusta and Real, are welcoming and will make sure you have a good time in their lovely cave hotel together with their team. Turkish antiques are on hand in each room. You can make coffee or tea with the comfy beds. One of the finest breakfasts in the world, in my opinion, is the lush and traditionally Turkish breakfast. From the roof terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Ortahisar. The best location to stay if you are looking for a calm getaway in Cappadocia.

I have to say that ortahisar, Cappadocia, was a hidden gem. For a genuine cappadocia experience, the rooms were very traditional and authentic. The personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable about what we should see in the area. I sincerely appreciated their efforts to be a concierge and set up activities while making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Both in the daylight and the evening, the views from the rooftop are breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and very Turkish.

The rooms were neat and tidy, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel's location was very close to the center. The receptionist was very kind and supportive.
