La habitación tiene un bueno tamaño, la limpieza impecable, lo staff gentiles, estupendo Es muy cerca de todo , y tiene ascensor . Hay una estación 20 o 30 metros do hotel , o café es continental. Mucho gusto .

Great Hotel, very friendly staff, very close walking distance to all tourists attractions, also you can walk over Galata bridge to the New District and not take a tram (it can be very crowded). I had a great stay for 6 nights.Rooms get cleaned daily. Only wish breakfast would have more variety or at least different options during my stay. Thank you Hotel Elanaz and your wonderful staff!

We loved our stay at Elanaz. The staff is all extraordinarily friendly and helpful. It's super well located for tons of restaurants and close to Topkapi and the blue mosque. They offered either Turkish coffee or American, and the tea is always at the Reddy. Breakfast had the usual Turkish assortment of sausage and eggs, many cheeses and olives. We loved it here!

Our stay at the Elanaz Hotel was wonderful.1 Their team and staff at the hotel really MADE our stay in Istanbul amazing! From the welcoming and helpful check-in by Irina, to the FANTASTIC Above-And-Beyond way that Hussein helped me to surprise my daughter upon check-in, to the gentleman who worked the night shift after Hussein (I'm sorry, but I forget his name) who helped us get a taxi when when our other options fell through... The Elanaz Staff/ Team are really incredible! We felt welcomed, were treated in such a friendly way and were helped with the little things that we didn't quite know how to do around Istanbul. And, yes, the accommodations were nice too. The breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. There are many restaurants and stores close by (plus probably way too much baklava, which we took advantage of). You're close to the Tram and can walk (15ish minutes) to the Basilica Cisterns and the Blue Mosque. Staying at The Elanaz will enhance your visit to your beautiful Istanbul.

Prima hotel midden in Istanbul, met station Sirkeci op loopafstand ben je snel in staat om de stad in te gaan. Het hotel is eenvoudig maar echt genoeg voor als je toch veel de stad in bent. De kamers zijn modern en worden elke dag schoongemaakt! Het ontbijt is niet enorm uitgebreid, maar dat is echt geen enkel probleem. Erg aan te bevelen!

Das Personal ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren nett und sauber, teilweise haben sie auch einen kleinen Balkon. Wir würden beim nächsten Besuch wieder hier buchen.

This small hotel is situated in a very busy hotel-tourist-area and location is the best for traveller who wants to find all entertainments(good and bad) at the same time. There is only a few steps to Tram, Metro to Asian side, small walk to all inportant interests like Hagia Sophia, Grand bazaar and all the others. Only problem is that there is hundreds of restaurants also, many size and overpushing sellers in a street to pull you into their shop or restaurant. These restaurants takes 3 times more prices than places little bit more far away- in Asian side the prices are 1/4 of this area, so keep in mind when you try to find a good and fair restaurant...there is only a few and are difficult to find. We got cheated many times on service, prices and "special offers " that turned to be volletkillers. ..so beware... the more they shout and promise, the more they will cheat you and steal your money with a bad experience of even taste of a food... This hotel is a great excample how the small is always better than a big one who just shout out loud but dont do anything but harm your feelings. These people in hotel management, kitchen , cleaning and all this are doing the best and that is very much. Allthough breakfast room is small, it has all the changing flavours each day and everything is made by love to customers. Reception is really open with human all 24 hours and the cleaning is so perfect that there is no space of bad comments. So, I wish you will find your booking to this.
