I will return to this hotel because of their kindness. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the diary and number. They were so helpful, smiling, and professional work, very helpful and the guys were so nice.

When we arrived the concierge service was absent, but our airport transportation driver had to help us and seek out an assistant. After that, the assistant took us all the way to the room front desk where she gave us a warm welcome and hadn was extremely helpful, friendly, and made us feel valued. He graciously accepted my request and offered me a room with a sea view view for our long stay. The room was very spacious, with great amenities, a king size bed, and other amenities were excellent. The linen and mattress comfort were awful. Without a spa and adequate night's sleep, they never had a good night's sleep. Spa used it for a full spa service and a Turkish hammer. I'd rate Masseur Mayan a big zero. That area needs improvement. Pool, you must pay 70 Turkish lira for head cover, and they'll tell you that just before entering the pool, be ready to pay there and then. The pool's temperature was almost zero! Extremely cold water. Before I could go to the swimming pool, I had to use the sauna and steam room to heat up my body. Breakfast at a lovely, substantial elite restaurant. Food options were excellent, very helpful staff, cleanings, and atmosphere. The grill restaurant at an adequate level was excellent, and the food options were also excellent. Room service cleaning was excellent overall,

I will be back for a summer vacation. I stayed here for a hair transplant. This hotel is highly recommended. This hotel is clean, has great facilities, an elegant restaurant. The staff was very friendly, especially Gene, he cleaned my room cleanly and gave me comfort and also he understood English so it was very helpful because the receptionist didn't understand what I asked for.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We are from Singapore and went on vacation in Turkey. The suite was spacious, clean, and modern. We really like the hotel's facilities and the warm, friendly staff. Meet, who we met during the buffet breakfast, was very helpful and gave excellent service. He was very attentive to our needs and made our breakfast so memorable. Meet is outstanding, professional, and shows the full picture of what 5 star service entails. The bellhop who helped carry our luggage is also one of the best staff we have ever encountered. He is very polite, courteous, and kindly informed us of everything we needed to know about the hotel. We felt very welcomed. The next time we visit Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again. highly recommended.

The hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul. We were delighted to have chosen this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. The tourist attractions on the European side are only a 30-minute drive from the hotel. However, after being informed of the distance, I advise staying here because it is more cost-effective, has opulent amenities, and has a welcoming staff. Although the bed and cushions are uncomfortable, the rooms offer an incredible view of the sea. Even if you are only there for a couple of days, the breakfast buffet is good and won't get bored. The pool and spa facilities are immaculately clean and pleasant. Try out the novel experience of the new adventure shower and ice fountain! My thanks to the eye at the front desk reception, who helped us with anything and met all our needs. We had a wonderful time with Open and learned how to navigate the city. Their assistance was excellent and delivered on schedule in all areas of German, urban, resin, and media. I heartily encourage you to stay here and see their kindness.
