This hotel is very recommended. I stayed here for 3 nights and this one is the best among the three hotels we stayed in during our 9 days in Drum. Very clean and tidy, warm and cozy, it feels like home away from home. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all requests, it's also in an excellent location.

The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean. Friendly personnel. The room was lovely, stylish, and the bed linen was cozy. The staff was pleasant, and they were quick to dispatch me a clinic staff member to perform the per test so I wouldn't rush into the private clinic. It cost 45 dollars, and you receive the result via WhatsApp and email right away. The pool area was clean, with a partial castle perspective, but the water was chilly! A staff will arrive right away to take your order, but you should let him know in advance otherwise, you will not see him again. To call a staff, there would be a bell in the pool area. The breakfast was extensive, and the waiter will pick up your food selection and bring it to your table. My only issue was that there was no cappuccino and the Turkish coffee was not great. I was also a bit surprised that no free water was offered and there was no blanket in the bedroom, as the room was quite cold due to the air conditioner. Last but not least, I urge visitors to bring local currency as Turkish banks charge 8, 12, and more plus your bank fee! There were numerous atms down the road to the sea, where people could find many restaurants and cafes with castle views. Anyway, I sincerely thank the lady gentleman at the reception for their wonderful assistance.

I will be back here again. The place was in a great location near the center and there are clean and friendly people. but the room size, the breakfast, the view is amazing and the bathroom condition is also clean.

The positive and negative aspects here are both excellent location, and the front desk employee is polite and effective. The women waitress is also warm and helpful. An unpleasant slumber is caused by aircorn. We warned the management that our aircorn wouldnt blow chilly. When it was not, he entered our room and told us it was blowing hot. He further explained that you cannot control a room individually. All rooms are either set to hot or cold! I have never heard anything more incompetent, but he turned on a switch, and im good and chilled aircorn was present. At that time, we awoke in the middle of the night, and we were under nodding, with aircorn blowing hot. He changed it once more when we called the front desk. They said that it was impossible to happen, but it did several times. We eventually came a little before the start of the season and were informed that the pool was closed. That was fine. Nonetheless, over our entire stay, there was litter floating in the pool and not cleaned. I would also have thought that sun loungers might have been left out due to its proximity. Additionally, because this hotel is situated on a busy road with road noise at night, it is impossible to open windows for a cooler airflow. More to say. This is a stunning, well-designed boutique hotel in Drum City Center, close to all the major sights such as the Castle, Marina, Bazaar, etc. Breakfast is tasty with lots of fresh foods and the terrace area on the top floor has wonderful newcastle views. All the hotel staff have been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to denim who has always been very kind and helpful! I will definitely be back when I visit Drum.
