Oda temizlik yemekler hotel hepsi mukemmeldi. Calisanlar ilgili guler yüzlü yardimsever plaji ücretsiz orasida cok iyi sakin sadecr hoteldekiler seviyeli plaj havuzu güzel hotel cevresi iyi denize uzak deil çarşıya bile yurume gittim. Animasyon feba degildi ama kendilerini geliştirmeleri gerek gece bara gitmek isteyenleri götürdüler fakat organizasyon zayıftı diger hotelin animasyinlari gibi deillerdi genel olarak hotel cok cok cok mükemmel

My friend and I were visiting Turkey on our first time, and the kindness of the staff has immediately transformed our outlook on the place. The cleanliness at the hotel is high, and the food is excellent and fresh. The employees are excellent in the restaurant, in the reception, and the cleaners. They even gave us a surprise Turkish coffee with a fantastic dish. The hotel has everything you could want for a wonderful vacation, including accommodations, pools, and slides. Everything is here, including the accommodations, pools, and slides. I will definitely return here!

My husband and I were scheduled to stay at the Genki hotel for one week, but after three days, we returned because we didn't like it. The restaurant staff, however, were very polite and although they spoke very little English, they went above and beyond. The bedroom was dark, smelled cigarettes, and the air conditioner sounded more like a tractor. When turned off because it was too loud and we were unable to sleep, the corridors, rooms next door, and outside traffic seemed incredibly noisy. We could hear anything from conversations to turn on the faucet. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the springs were so damp that we didn't sleep well for the 3 nights we were there. We discussed this with Natasha at the front desk, who made us uncomfortable and informed us that we had the finest room available. The pictures for rooms online are deceptive. The hotel employees and some of the guests fed the cats in the dining area and climbed onto the dining chairs. The tablecloths were filthy and stained instead of being changed, they were cleaned with a dust pan and brush. My husband and I were the only Englishspeaking guests, most of them were Russians and all seemed very pleased with the food and their stay. Otelin sahili çok taşlık. Hizmet güzel ama ana yemek çeşidi bence azdı. Çalışanlar kibar. Bide yatakta geceleri uyumakta zorlandım. Bu durum benden kaynaklı olabilir tabi.

Hotel is situated in a good location it was comfortable and very clean, we were there 11 days and were the only english speaking guests in the hotel as this is dominated by russians. Food therefore is not great we ate out about 70% of our stay as the food is geared towards russian and eastern europeans. All inclusive the pool bar is a draught soft drinks machine and coffee nothing else is availble tje hotel is not licensed. It was an experience the room eas clesned daily and all guest areas are well maintained
