We arrived early in the morning from the airport after an 11 hour flight, and it was hours before our checkin time. Within half an hour the staff had our 3 rooms ready for us. The staff were polite, friendly and always happy to help. The manager, Andreas was always on hand with a very helpful attitude, and went above and beyond to help. Would be happy to stay here again.

In diesem Hotel wird man wie ein König behandelt. Die Mitarbeiter bis zur Managementebene kümmern sich um die Gäste. Besonderes gefallen hat mir: 1- Angekommen bin ich ganz früh. Etwa um 8 Uhr morgens. Trotzdem hat man mir direkt ein Zimmer gegeben, weil man gesehen hat, dass ich mit meiner Tochter und Frau bin. 2- Ich hatte das Hotel bei der Reservierung mitgeteilt, dass ich gerne ein gutes Zimmer haben möchte. Dieser Wunsch wurde auch berücksichtigt und man hat mir (weil wohl frei war) eines der größten Zimmer gegeben. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt dort sehr gut.

Otelde kötü olan herhangi bir şey gözlemlemedim. Fakat otele girer girmez ağır bir lağım kokusu var... Asansör ile üst katlara çıkana kadar da ne yazık ki devam etmekte. Ayrıca belki müşteri isteğidir bilemeyeceğim fakat ayarsız derecede aşırı sıcak. Dışarıdan gelip otele girdiğiniz anda montunuzu falan hemen çıkarmanız gerekli o derece sıcak... Odalar da aynı şekilde.. Klimalar off da olduğu halde odalar bile az da olsa rahatsızlık verecek seviyede sıcaktı. Odalar gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Konum olarak da Taksimde kolay bulunabilecek bir konumda.

I was very comfortable in my room. Everything went smoothly. Mere, emir and send knew how to make my stay memorable. They did their best to make everything the impossible possible. I was always delighted to see their friendly faces. Thank you for all your efforts it is greatly appreciated. I will definitely return.

Overall, we had a great time at the motel. Ill break down our 8 days and 7 nights of stay into the following positives. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Its near taxi square. We would often go on walks to see the surrounding area. The rooms are of adequate size, however it all depends on your luck. Some rooms are really big, while others are not so big. Breakfast was delicious, and it was served on a terrace, which is wonderful. Cons when we got to the hotel, they informed us that our reservation for 4 twin rooms was not available because they were full. We attempted to reason with the staff by telling them that we had booked our hotel rooms two weeks prior through an agency, but to no avail. In the end, they gave us 1 twin bedroom and 4 queen bedrooms. They also promised that we would have the twin rooms available by the morning. And it turned out that by the morning they gave us the twin rooms, and the issue was resolved. Perhaps this is not a big deal, but the shower is another drawback. To use the shower, you must hold on a button. Its easy to get into trouble after a while, so just keep that in mind. If you are a Muslim, make sure to ask the reception about the villa directions because they wont be in the room. Idr in general, we enjoyed our stay at the resin hotels taxi

Overall, I strongly recommend it. The hotel is excellent, in a wonderful location next to Takumi Square, breakfast is served on the rooftop and has a lovely view of Istanbul. Every day, new items are served. Waiters are extremely polite and care about detail. The reception staff is very helpful. They even offered me a free very early check in.

I booked a room at the resin because I didn't know much about the hotel, but they had excellent reviews. The check-in process was simple and quick. The service was awesome during my stay, from ordering taxis to booking tours to giving their guests discounts on those tours. Breakfast was the highlight of our visit, with an amazing view. L'hotel est propre, le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuné est acceptable Seul inconvénient pour moi l'absence du Wifi dans mes 2 chambres (étage n9)
