It may not concern you, but it's worth knowing. It is a little tattered and generally clean, but don't look under the bed. There is no double bed, only two single beds. Although you can push them together, this creates an irritating crack, and the plug socket is between them. Most of the staff make an effort to be friendly, but their English is not well spoken, making it difficult. Our air conditioning leaks onto our light and bed, and while we mention it to the hotel and our rep, nothing was done. Same story with our toilet door, which didn't lock. The bathroom is functional but the floor is always flooded due to a poorly fitting shower door, and the ceiling is designed so that you can all there in the adjoining rooms! Wi-Fi is available but very slow, making it hard to send videos or stream video. There is a to, but it's turkish to! The food is ok but not spectacular, especially for vegetarians, and it is a bit repetitive. There are also no labels, so it's not always obvious what something is. Around the pool, water polo matches are held on most evenings. There are some drinks to choose from, however, bottled water and beer. Be aware that if you book a tour to Rhysus through your representative, you will be taken to shops

This holiday was horrible for us because of other tourists who made us constantly stare at by Brits, particularly at me, which makes me very anxious. The hotel flora suites was our home in July 2018. On our first arrival, two lovely receptionists welcomed us and showed us to our room. The ground floor room was straightforward but had everything we needed, but when we took a closer look outside, we were dissatisfied to see piles and piles of trash, used mattresses, and no view other than a wall. We complained and were promptly directed to a different room, which was satisfactory and had a beautiful view of the greenery! Although the rest of the hotel needed a complete renovation, and some outside areas crawled in ants. Despite the fact that we were constantly started at by the other tourists because we were British, especially at myself, which made me very pity. The employees were mostly courteous to us because they were working so hard each day. The meals were crazy. Even though you already have all your food and suitcases, other tourists will use your table. Although the chicken and pizza dishes were delicious, the fish was disgusting. Staff frequently favor certain customers, and give them larger portions of the food, even if there is not anything left. Avoid buying from Carlos when he offers tours! This place is unsafe. This hotel is dingy, filthy, and risky. To summarise, the main pool area is satisfactory and offers a wide variety of beverages at the pool bar food is adequate and has plenty of options. The second pool is filthy and inoperable. Despite the fact that grass is located outside the area, this is just muddied rooms with toenails by the bed. The smoke alarm cover is missing, and the fuse box is exposed and seems to have been blown out. There are large holes behind the sink where it was installed corridors full of trip hazards and lowered carpets. Marble stairs are mopped every day, and there are no wet floor signs. There are fire extinguishers hanging around the floor, the fire exit is blocked by an outdated, dirty toilet. No daytime childrens club as promoted electrics hanging outside trash everywhere childrens play area is run down and unsafe pool closed off each night for around 2 hours for cleaning, and no access to clean water. Nothing in the hotel can accommodate this. The lobby floor to ceiling sliding patio doors are unsecured, the aft drop on the other side is exposed and raised, and there is a sewage pipe sunk the entire time. The reception staff is rude and unhelpful, and the same songs are played day and day by the pool.
