Very clean room and room service! Also, very kind and friendly staff, they were helpful when bringing in our luggage to our room. Only thing was our room was next to the elevator so it could be noisy during the morning and day. Would recommend this hotel !

The room we had was smaller than expected, but it was comfortable, the bed was good but could have used American style linen set up. The A/C was very good. We did not have breakfast but we did have dinner and a few drinks at the roof top cafe. It is small but the view is amazing. As expected the prices are a little high, but the meal was well prepared and tasty. The staff is awesome, the location fantastic for sites, food, shopping and transportation. If we find ourselves in Istanbul again, we will try to stay at the Glamour again.

The room was very clean and beautiful. They were very polite and kind. If I go to Istanbul again, I think I will go to the same hotel again because it was close to every tourist spotand the transportation service from the hotel to the airport was very good.

1. 地點就在舊城區的精華地段。 2. 舊城區的景點都在附近，大部份可利用步行到達。 3. 如果要去新城區或亞洲區，輕軌站跟火車站就在旁邊，渡輪站也只需要步行10分鐘內便可抵達，交通非常方便。 4. 早餐豐盛，人員親切有禮。用餐地點在頂樓，可以看到海峽景觀。

We had a very good time in Istanbul during our vacation last week. Glamour hotel played a big part in our satisfaction. We had a room with Bosphorus' view that was very nice. The hotel has a very good location with walking distance to major attractions. Our room was a little smaller than we used to but very cozy and clean. The hotel has a great restaurant on the roof with a magnificent view and tasteful food. A breakfast buffet has a good amount of variety. Most important that hotel staff members (frond desk, restaurant, cleaning) are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all of them! We will definitely stay in this hotel again.
