Without a doubt, i would return here and suggest it to friends and family. We have never encountered a staff so welcoming, accommodating, and kind throughout our travels. The staff more than makes up for the hotels shortcomings in a few finer aspects. It is clear that guests and their experience are their top priorities.

I will definitely be returning and highly recommend glk acropol to anyone looking for a perfectly located hotel with a warm atmosphere in Istanbul. I stayed at glk acropol in the fatih area and had a great time. The service was remarkable. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me book a tour for me at a good price and also offered free pickup and drop off to a destination. The room was peaceful and i slept well. Breakfast was great and the location is perfect. Many of the main attractions in turkey were within walking distance. Right outside the hotel there are also several restaurants serving authentic turkish food and it was delicious.

We stayed for two nights and the service was excellent! The front desk was very responsive via WhatsApp and even got a birthday cake last minute. The location is close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely come back!.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from blue mosque and sf. Sofia, and you can view both from your room. The hotel is also well connected to public transportation. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Our bedsheets were changed daily, which we greatly appreciated. We would like to thank the cleaning staff. The reception staff was the best we have had in a hotel so far, they were extremely friendly, always smiling, and professional, they helped us with all our inquiries. Thank you to the entire reception team. Their names were all i couldnt remember, but they were all 5 and above. Breakfast has a good selection of traditional food, fruits, pastries, and hot drinks. Overall a great stay experience, i would recommend this place to anyone. We plan to return soon and will definitely come back here for staying. Thank you all for providing us with a great experience!.

Excellent, spotless, peaceful hotel in the center of the mustsee sights, ideal for a first trip to turkey! Excellent restaurants and a 24 hour market a short distance away. Delicious turkish breakfast. Kenan at the front desk made us feel safe, at ease, and at home from the moment my two girlfriends and i arrived, exhausted from our lengthy journey. He welcomed us with a latte and cookies, stored our luggage for the day, and gave us directions to our excursion to topkapi palace a few blocks away. Kenan then used WhatsApp to let us know he had secured three masseuses for a lastminute afternoon spa treatment on the hotels lower level. They have large fluffy robes, a lovely sauna, and a turkish bath! Kenan informed our taxi driver exactly where to take us for our culinary backstreets foodie walking tour and also arranged an allday tour for us to see the lost city of tehran with just one half day notice. Kenan organized our transportation to the airport because we were all leaving turkey at different times, and his driver always arrived on time at 5 a. M. For my two friends, it was the first time i had been to it. Both felt very safe and welcome in a new city, and this was in large part because kenan was available to assist us no matter what we required. Even though i am a travel writer (frommer, 2014 san frankfurt, kenan and the staff had no idea what was going on. They treat everyone like family. Glk acropol is a wonderful destination to return to after a long day of sightseeing. I heartily endorse this establishment. 10 stars.

Overall, a highly recommended hotel. This was a fantastic hotel with excellent service, a central location, and attentive staff. Particularly kenan bey at the front desk was very attentive and helpful and made sure we were well aware of services and amenities. The rooms were large and spacious, with a nice view. Breakfast was great!.

I and my colleague are very happy with our stay at glk premier acropol suites, spa and hotel staff! Special thanks to kenan and team! Guys are amazing! They were very helpful with any requests and never said no to us. They gave us a city map and suggestions where to go and what to see in the city. We also got an upgraded room because we booked the room at the lowest price with no specific amenities. We received a beautiful family suite with two separate rooms. I highly recommend the hotel!.

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Alun-alun Sultanahmet dan Istana Topkapi. Meskipun ada banyak orang, kami tidak merasakan kebisingan apapun di dalam ruangan. Stafnya sangat ramah, penuh perhatian dan perhatian. Kamar kami dibersihkan setiap hari. Sarapannya memuaskan. Tempat yang ideal untuk transportasi ke banyak tempat.

Hotel yang indah di lingkungan Sultanahmad, antara dua masjid indah Sofia dan Masjid Biru Istanbul. Kamar kami terhubung: untuk grup 4 orang, sarapan berlimpah dan keramahan serta perhatian staf SEMPURNA! Serasa di rumah sendiri, saya senang bisa menikmati sauna dan hamman. Saya akan kembali!

I travel a lot and this is the best hotel ive ever stayed at. Service, cleanliness, location, everything was more than perfect, especially the hotel staff. They are very professional and polite. Apologies for the service we received from glk premier acropol hotel. If there were 100 stars i would love to give them 100 stars as we stayed for 13 nights trust me, i felt like home from a to z was more than perfect thanks again.

Hotel ini terletak sangat baik di jantung distrik Sultanhamet, tetapi sangat tenang. Tempat tidurnya nyaman dan stafnya ramah. Restoran di seberang hotel memiliki kamar khusus dengan pemandangan laut, Selat Bosphorus, dan Hagia Sofia. Balkon dan bak jet. (Untuk kamar nomor 505) Semua fasilitas berfungsi (pemanas, stop kontak, TV, ketel) Sarapannya enak, liftnya bagus, sauna dan hammam di basement. Check-in dan check-out cepat dan mudah. Untuk tamasya dan transfer bandara, saya sarankan menggunakan layanan grup Facebook "Rencana bagus di Turki".

I would definitely stay again. Clean, safe, and wellmanaged hotel. The hotel is located in the old city of turkish sultanahmet, just a few minutes walk from the bosphorus river, blue mosque, hippodrome, and the Hagia Sophia. The room had a bath with a jacuzzi bathtub that could be set by guests in the room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, and the breakfast hours were convenient. We were immediately welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. There is a free steam room and sauna on site. This hotel, in my family, had no drawbacks.

The location is excellent, and the staff is extremely helpful. Sadly, we only had the opportunity to stay for one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed the view of the blue mosque and the Hagia Sophia. Breakfast was also enjoyable. We would especially like to thank mr. Kenan, a lady who works for breakfast service, and a young man who assisted us with our luggage and directed us to a nearby grocery store.

The hotel is clean, organized, comfortable, and close to all the main attractions such as topkapi palace, haia Sofia, and blue mosque. And their breakfast is the best, especially the cake, cookies, and bread. Thank you for organizing the tour and always greeting my father with a smile. We recently spent nine days at glk premier acropol in the sultanahmet region. I received a warm message on whatsapp with extremely useful information as soon as i made the online reservation. Kenan and his team were simply amazing! Ive traveled extensively and stayed at almost all major hotel chains, but ive never received such exceptional service from anyone else. We had the impression of being guests at their house. The two lovely ladies who served breakfast each morning were also fantastic, always smiling and taking care of the guests. I booked most of the tours with the hotels assistance and recommendations, and im so happy. A plus was being able to walk to haia savoy, blue mosque, and grand bazar. I heartily endorse this hotel. Also, check out the mesale restaurant in arasta bazar, which is a 10minute walk away.

At glk acropol, we had a wonderful time all around. The neighborhood is incredibly safe and cozy. Topkapi palace, the Hagia Sophia, and the blue mosque are all within a 5minute stroll. Additionally, restaurants and stores are conveniently located right outside your door on a pleasant walkable street. The rooms were lovely and spotless. And the hospitality was outstanding. Kenan was incredibly kind and attended to all of our requirements, including car service to the airport, taxis to attractions, spa visits, and more. It was wonderful to wake up there, unwind over breakfast, and then return home each evening. The best hotel service ive ever experienced in europe.

I will definitely be returning and would suggest this to all of my friends and family. I am very impressed with the hotel, with a beautiful view from the balcony of room 505 showing you the water and the beautiful old city. The room is clean, comfortable, and has that old charm. The location of the hotel is amazing, with a plethora of amazing restaurants around it, and within a 5minute walk of many attractions. What a more impressive is the excellent service the staff provides, especially kanan at the front desk, who was incredibly amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that i was accommodated. He deserves a raise!.
