Everything is perfect. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel where the staff are very friendly. The food is so delicious and there is a wide range of choices in the buffet. Special thanks for the manager Burak and all the staff.

I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! Our room was at the ground floor and the room balcony faced swimming pool, basically the room was next to crowded swimming pool so I went to reception to ask them to change our room but amazingly I notice the receptionist can’t speak English! She called another colleague who couldn’t speak or understand much English and he promised me to change our room in 24 hours and that never happened. The hotel location is 40min drive to central Bodrum and the main harbour so you definitely need to rent a car otherwise have to pay 280 to 300 Turkish lira anytime want to go to central as there is not much to see in Gumusluk( hotel location). The hotel layout and buildings are nice but unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained. Toilet flush frame in our room was broken as well as the shower head holder, however, I asked them to repair it, but this did not happen. The room service was a disaster and we have to go to the reception anytime we wanted clean towels or toilet paper, sometimes cleaner was coming at 3 or 4 pm to clean the room which I never seen somewhere else before!

Başta otel manzarası iki farklı havuz bulunması, plaj servisi, sauna hamam fitness vs. Yemekler lezzetli fakat çeşitlilğin az olması ve odaların genel anlamda temizliğinin yetersiz olmasıda negatif unsurlar. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Fiyat performans olarak iyi bir tercih diyebilirim, tekrar konaklama yaparmıyım evet yaparım.

Otelin konumu guzeldi ancak otelin yemek terasında saat 21:30dan sonra alkol servisi yapılmaması kötuydu.herşey dahil konsepti olmasına rağmen akşamları sadece havuz kısmında alkol servisi yapılması ve orda yapılan animasyonu izlenmeye zorlaması gereksizdi.odada 2 kere elektrik kesildi ve kapının kilidi bozuldu. Resepsiyona gittiğmzde hemen birini yolladılar ancak bu durumu duzeltecek herhangi bir telafi yapılmadı maalesef.

Otelin manzarası harika,kendine ait plajına yarım saatte bir servis kalkıyor,plajı da gayet iyi.yemek çeşidi fazla değil ama zaten fazlası da kafa karıştırıyor ,lezzet olarak iyi diyebilirim,sadece odadan çok konfor alamadım,kliması verimsizdi ve çok ses çıkarıyordu.Çok sıcak havalarda sorun olabilir.Ancak Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldım.
