The hotel is in an excellent location, with large well furnished rooms and very friendly staff. I have never experienced a more generous hotel & staff when it comes to requesting items such as toiletries, or water, or a couple of extra teabags! Definitely recommend it.

The best thing about this hotel is its location in a strange area close to the metro. The room is clean. The reception was fine but not as welcoming as it used to be at other hotels. At check-in, they received a deposit, almost as much as a night. The room furniture seems to have been used too much and needs to be refurbished. Breakfast had a poor selection and the chef was polite. So if you are on holiday don't try it. If you are traveling for a few days, it is ok.

The hotel is conveniently located, which is good, but the hotel management should take care of a lot of things. First, they want a deposit for the room. This hotel should learn to trust its customers. When I asked the receptionist why you wanted a deposit, she responded that if you damaged our room, we will use it. I've stayed in more than 500 hotels around the world in my life, and this was the first time I deposited a hotel room. Very odd. There is no umbrella service, which is a shame for a city hotel. When I got to the hotel at 5 a. M., a noisy machine was washing the carpets on the floor. He knocked on the door and asked if he could use our power cord for the machine! This is really unbelievable. I called the reception and they said they would stop cleaning. That was a nightmare! Our neighbors were a big arabic family and were making a lot of noise at night. I called the reception to inform them, but they came and warned us. The hotel was probably good 15 years ago but now it needs renovation. Many things are outdated. Breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel is not commendable.

The hotel was very good back in the day but now the service has become less than required. The treatment of some reception staff is poor, the room rates are overpriced, the rooms are clean but they need more attention and the hotel lobby is very small. Watercourses need more attention.

Overall, the quality of the rooms and service are not as expected. The lift is horrible and runs late for both stairs and up. The location is perfect, the air conditioning is good, and the room has a really good climate. But the overall quality of amenities and furniture is not as good as modern hotels, such as old-fashioned, the lobby is small, and the hotel is good for those looking for a shopping center and central location, as well as services and friendly family.

All was good, except that when I arrived to the hotel it was not clear where I can park my car, so I had to drive ad additional 1 km for a public auto-park, then walk back to the hotel.

지하철 역에서 가깝고 방 넓어요 다만 위치가 동네 모스크(?) 바로 옆이라 아잔 소리가 엄청 크게 들려서 아침 6시에 아잔 소리 들으면서 강제 기상입니다. 전체적으로 방음이 진짜 최악.. 옆 방 웃음소리 말소리 티비 소리까지 다 들립니다. 테라스 창도 바깥 소리 방음이 하나도 안돼요. 창문 닫아놨는데도 열어놓은 것처럼 개 짖는 소리 들림 커튼 있으나 마나함.. 쉬폰 커튼 위에 메인 커튼이 모양내는 용인지 창문이 다 안가려지는 사이즈라 어둡게 푹 자기 불가능
