We stay at this hotel for 3 nights. On the first night we stayed in a triple room which wasn't what we wanted. Cleaning that room was unacceptable. Mold in the shower, toilet seat drip marks, big hole in sheets and carpet with dirt stains. We were changed the next day to a double which improved in quality but had the same problems with cleanliness. Breakfast not up to international standards but is fair. 4 rating needs review. On the positive side, good stuff both day and night. Always wanted to help and answer our requests. The location is excellent, tram station 5 min walk or main tourist areas 25 min walk.

We stayed in room 511. It was really good, the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that you must wash a carpet in that room. Breakfast was good and the coffee was great.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are a bit small but adequate, a 15-minute walk from the grand. The location is also close to the bazaar and the restaurant, and some of the things that are served are very good.

The location is near a bus or metro stop but very busy. The triple bedroom is very small, dirty and humid. Good view from the breakfast hall, not many options for breakfasts. The staff is very kind except for the receptionist with a brown dark that mocks customers.

In general lines is nice! The buffet was a bit disappointing, the people on the reception were mostly nice, except of the man that check us in at the night we arrived, he wanted to keep our passport, I’ve never experienced something like that. The prices of the Wellness and Pool are crazy high.

Hotel well located near public transport. But breakfast was quite bad with poor selection and food quality. We stayed for 4 nights, and had only breakfast once. Room was Ok, No defects but a bit small with less than half a meter from end of bed to opposite wall making it difficult to pass. Spa in basement was a disappointment. Very small pool with water a bit to the cold side and No general access to turkish bath unless you had booked an appointment. Stay was OK, but No idea why the hotel is indicated as 4 star?

It was good stay but we had to keep asking for things like, towels, iron, kettle, even coffee sachets were not provided, we were asked to go buy it outside.

This is supposedly a 4* hotel but I can guarantee that it is nothing close to that. I’ve stayed in many hotels previously but this hotel is honestly the worst. The walls are extremely thin to the point where you can hear everything going on outside and in other peoples rooms! The rooms are always very noisy due to the terrible sound insulation. The cleaning ladies that supposedly clean your room barely do anything to be honest. There is no rubbish bin in the room. Even utilities such as shower cap etc are never replenished after you use them. There is a kettle and coffee cups but no actual tea or coffee in the rooms! When I asked the cleaning lady to replace the glass cups that we used in our room, she simply grabbed the cups and washed them with water and returned them for us to reuse. I have never seen such behavior in other hotels. The staff members do not speak English. I had to use google translate several times for someone to understand what I want. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.
