The hotel is in a great position. All of the staff are very friendly. I recommend you guys to try to stay at this hotel! They also provide swimming pool facilities at the hotel, which you can use whenever you want. Very suitable for families, even small children can swim in the pool. Perfect for a base, but i wouldnt have liked to stay there longer than ive done. The twin room was spacious enough but hot even in the colder months. Breakfast wasnt inclusive and could have used broader cuisines and dietary needs e. G vegan, gluten free etc. For me, the highlight was bingi and the rest of the spa staff who he couldnt praise enough. They were attentive, patient and kind, providing me with some of his best hotel service ives ever experienced. If if ill just review them, ld give them 5 stars.4.6/522 Jun 2024

I would give this hotel a 3star rating right now. The scents in the rooms and the corridor are areas for improvement. They can improve the ventilation system, the air conditioning or heaters of the room must be in working order, some rooms need renovation and have an awkward design and you cant get to the wardrobe. It was quite dark, and some of our concierge staff spoke farsi apart from english and russian which was very helpful. Everything is priced in usd dollars not lira. Some rooms are next to road with noise but have sweeping views of seaside, but its convenient if you need to travel across the city or want coffee or pastry. There are excellent transportation links with restaurants nearby. A short walk to galata tower area and Taksim. Hotel staff are constantly asking for ten more money and are sometimes not satisfied with what they were given. Many of them are not friendly and do not greet you or smile like other 4star hotels. After speaking with you in english at night, receptionist slurged in turkish. Breakfast buffet was not satisfactory or pleased. Fresh juice and coffee machines can greatly improve it. Sometimes they forget to clean the space and need reminders. Phone and hair dryer also dont work well. However, when you ask them to do something for you, service is good. Overall im happy, these points can be used for improving to higher stars,4.6/54 Jun 2024

The location was excellent. The receptionist manager is always grumpy, and the breakfast was amazing. She is lazy when it comes to housekeeping services. Mohaan, an iranian employee, is very happy with him. He was only really kind and helpful. Its more of a 3star hotel overall.4.6/57 May 2024

The hotel staff and reception staff have been very attentive, friendly and polite since the day we arrived. They make you feel special. The rooms are magnificent, beautiful and clean, and provide very high quality service at an affordable price for turkish conditions. Mr. Tuncay at the reception was particularly attentive and friendly, he even gave us recommendations for sightseeing and shopping. I hope to return. See you soon. Last week, when we arrived in turkey, we switched to 2 different hotels and chose this one. The hotel is a very luxurious place, the rooms are very clean, which we enjoyed. Low security around the hotel. We stayed here for five days. After returning, we saw people crying in the lobby several times. Because we thought asking the reason could be considered nosy, so we didnt ask until the last day when we experienced the same pain. Overall, this hotel is a good one. Other tourists have given excellent explanations of the positives. I arrived at the hotel after nine hours on the first day. The walls are so thin and there is so much noise that i couldnt sleep at all. When we inquired about the swimming pool, we received the correct answer, but he eventually received it for the third time. Although the staff is courteous, they lack patience to respond. There is an individual with long hair who is of irish origin. He is quite aggressive and impolite, which is shame on him. Mr. Barkan, however, is very gentle. Another issue was with the bathroom sink and bathtub, as they were being blocked, and other roommates also experienced this issue. Two phone requests were made, one of which was for preparing utensils, yet no one had brought it. After 30 minutes, when ive called again, ill be informed that there are no employees available. Both the shower and the restroom walls look old. It was corroded in the faucet! The view from the window was terrible. This hotel has proximity to esteklal street, the metro, or the bus. You can definitely find better hotels for this price, especially near taksim.4.4/525 Oct 2023
