Very nice and helpful staff. We stayed there for one night. It’s close to airport. It was easy to find the shuttle at airport. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We’ll stay there on our next trip.

A clean modern room with a very nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle service is excellent. They even make you a breakfast to go, if you leave early in the morning. Very convenient for flying in/out of IST.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I also used the hotel’s chauffeur service to and from the airport, which I can highly recommend. The entire stay was an excellent experience. I arrived late, and the staff made sure I was able to get a meal even though it was past the normal closing time. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Greetings from Norway.

The location from Istanbul airport is most ideal. lobby area is ornate with class. Where the hotel excels most and differentiates from others is its management. Providing world class guest services and going above and beyond with individual requests is their specialty. Will definitely return again thank you!

Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean. The electric kettle was dirty, and the pillow sheets didn’t feel fresh. Breakfast wasn’t very pleasant, but it was acceptable. However, the staff were helpful and polite, and the room temperature was comfortable. Overall, there is room for improvement in cleanliness and food quality.

The staff were great! They prepared sandwiches for us before we headed to the airport at 5am. But the best part about the staff was they turned on the A/C for us when typically they don't turn on the A/C during the this time of the year (late Spring). Great airport hotel.
