A lovely little boutique hotel with very helpful staff. They have good recommendations for the local area. The breakfast was delicious too. The room was upgraded, such a kind surprise and the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The airport transport was so easy, just what my poor jet lagged brain needed. Overall I would both recommend to others and stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel. It is clean and beautiful. The staff are excellent at their jobs and were very kind and hospitable to me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The neighborhood is really interesting as well. There is a beautiful masjid one or two blocks from the hotel, as well as a nice shopping mall nearby. There are lots of restaurants to choose from; however, I recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The adana dürüm and the kahvalti were very delicious. Turkish cuisine is fantastic and this hotel does it very well.

This hotel has very excellent service. They were very helpful in answering any questions we had. In addition when they found out we were charged too much from a local taxi, they are trying to get us our money back by going through the proper authorities. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to have coffee and tea in the room before coming down to the complimentary breakfast. They also have a restaurant on site and we had a good lunch there.

The shuttle to pick up us from airport was very late. We waited for almost 45 minutes. Other than shuttle issue, the location of hotel was good. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean

We had a nice stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. We had an early trip to the airport and they provided us with a complementary packed breakfast, which was a nice touch.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Only ONEWAY is covered in the airport transfer! Not both. It’s expensive. We ate the restaurant inside and the food took over an hour and it was delivered to us from somewhere else (we watched the delivery driver pull up) and COLD. Not worth the wait or price for the food. The hotel itself was great and the staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English.

I loved our short stay here, the young lady at reception really made our stay comfortable as possible, I had booked a room closer to the airport so we didnt need to rush, the room is originally booked was beautiful, I didnt mind it was kind of toght squeeze especially with all our luggage, but the beautiful receptionist upgraded us for free, it was an absolutely beautiful experience, thank you for that, hospitality was awesome, all very helpful, kind and greeted with a smile always. Thank you for the experience.

Very nice and helpful staff. We stayed there for one night. It’s close to airport. It was easy to find the shuttle at airport. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We’ll stay there on our next trip.

A clean modern room with a very nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle service is excellent. They even make you a breakfast to go, if you leave early in the morning. Very convenient for flying in/out of IST.
