El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de la Basílica de Santa Sofía y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno está incluido, no es muy exquisito pero cumple con lo esperado

Lokasinya bagus, restoran bagus di bawah hotel. Resepsionis yang sangat ramah dan baik hati. Kamar terlalu kecil, tidak mungkin untuk membiarkan koper Anda terbuka. Sarapan sangat (terlalu) sederhana, staf sarapan lebih sibuk menyiapkan sarapan untuk Anda daripada tersedia untuk Anda dan sangat tidak ramah.

Overall, it was a mix of positives and negatives. I might return to this hotel because of its prime location and affordable cost. The positives are firstly the excellent employees. They are extremely courteous and helpful. When you inquire about nearby restaurants, they called for a taxi. The breakfast is fantastic. It has a variety, and everything tastes delicious and fresh. If you are the first person to enter the breakfast table, you are in for a hot treat. I feel sorry for the people who are staying there and are disregarding the nosm policy. We requested fresh bed linens, but they never came. The next day, we requested that the room service change the bedding, and they said tomorrow. But we were leaving tomorrow. Im not sure about other rooms, but the one we were staying in has no balcony. There is only one window that opens into a loft with broken blocks, another window of another room, and an ac outlet. It was a sad sight to see.

Hotel ini benar-benar bagus dari hari pertama. Mereka menyambut kami dengan bantuan bahasa Inggris dan membantu kami tanpa mengetahui cara berbicara bahasa Inggris. Sarapan prasmanan gratis, kamarnya sederhana tapi bagus, kamar kami sudah dibersihkan, mereka datang setiap hari untuk memberi Anda handuk bersih.

The staff are supper friendly and very helpful. They are very happy to assist the guests. For instance, they allowed me to check out an hour late and was able to arrange my transfer last minute at a cheaper rate than the locals. When I wanted to take tablets at night I called the reception and the guy was very helpful and bought me water to my room. They are exceptional and they honestly made my stay very warm and welcoming. Thank you. Also the location is 10/10 literally walking distance to everywhere.

Otel temiz ve bakımlıydı. Personel çok ilgili ve kibardır, sanki yıllardır gittiğim bir otele gidiyormuşum gibi yakın hissettim. Lokasyondan bashetme gereği bile duymuyorum zaten mükemmel bir konunmda.
