Overall, im really pleased, will definitely return, and for the price it is highly recommended! Enjoying a wonderful time at this fantastic hotel. Positives include the delicious food and beverages, the variety of drinks that changes daily, everything tastes really fresh and of high quality. The little extras like ice cream by the pool, umbrellas by our door when it rains, pattiserie, large bottles of water left in the room. There was some good music around the swimming pool and we enjoyed the piano entertainment in G block in late the evening. Some of the staff members are very friendly, room cleaning is excellent, comfortable beds, only stepping away from the beach. Negatives: The water temperature in shower was inconsistent. I like that because i can find some people to be quite grumpy and unwelcoming. Although the diet corner at the buffet was incredibly helpful, perhaps it has less salt?.

Overall, a really great hotel, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. The food is absolutely delicious, there are many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is even if you arrive late at night, an eatery that is open late. There are lots of pools and lots to do. However, not all rooms have balconies, which is the only problem. I would recommend staying here. But buy your ciggies out from the hotel not in.

Sadly, smoking is common in hotel rooms in turkiye. This was a problem with my room. However, the staff were very helpful and professional. They politely gave me another room to stay in. I have to say that most of the personnel were friendly. The best part for me was the food. A wide variety of food and very well prepared.

The hotel is very nice. All the staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff was amazing. There is everything you could want. Good variety of food and they are actually delicious. We are really satisfied with it. Irem from guest relations is especially kind.

Overall, it was pleasant, however, the service could be improved. The hotel is decent and offers a variety of activities for families with children. However, there were some minor drawbacks to the rooms size, which required an upgrade to family for two adults and ten children in the room. It appears that the receptionist is teasing and doesnt seem to understand culture. Although the food and beverages were excellent, overall, everything was satisfactory.

I have a great time at this lovely hotel. The location is ideal, the hotel is immaculate, and the cuisine is fantastic there is s plethora of options! The staff members are really welcoming, especially yasmin, who goes above and beyond to assist you and make your vacation the best possible possible! I heartily suggest this hotel! If at all possible, i would give it more stars.

Overall, i had a really good experience with only snoozes. It can be challenging to accommodate so many guests because this hotel is 1000 rooms and has incredibly wide rooms. Even in the off season, it can feel packed, especially in front of the main dining area. The staff makes an effort to keep up with the food quality, variety, and quantity. Peppermint restaurant, which serves delicious food every night at surprisingly affordable prices, is regarded as if it were buried. There are enough options for ten visits to eat merely five courses. If you want to take taxis frequently, the location is somewhat of crowded for people with limited mobility. Ive used the wifi here in numerous hotels stays, mostly business trips. Although the hotel needs additional service areas like bars and lounges for its size, maintenance, cleanliness, or decor, they are all of high caliber. Im happy to suggest, but probably in less busy times. Would cv return.

As a family of six, the hotel has been excellent. For nine days, there has always been exceptional hospitality. The personnel have been friendly and welcoming. Both the beds and the rooms have all been very comfortable. Its incredibly enjoyable and refreshing to be in the swimming pool. Additionally, it was delicious. There are, however, thorns. Over the course of nine weeks, both the cuisine and televisions were not as impressive as they had initially appeared, and that was just the beginning. Apart from this, my family and i had genuinely enjoyed my time here, as well as my children, so ive highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit, especially in summer. Bravo.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Grand park lara was incredibly wonderful, and the staff and service were friendly and accommodating. I had been reading all the reviews about the delicious food before i personally picked up this resort. Although ive rarely written reviews, when ill tell you the food is fantastic! There is smorgasbord of cuisine and salad selections. A decent gym, onsite sauna and steam room, as well as facilities for Turkish hamam.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The service was excellent, and i particularly enjoyed my meal. It was delicious and of high quality, with a wide variety. Rooms are adequate, quite practical, clean, etc. Staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you to rem for being so helpful in the guest relations. She provided me with all the information ive needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel has been a pleasure for me. The staff is all friendly, and the service has always been firstrate. I arrived on my own as i had unforeseen circumstances. When the time comes, ill return with my wife. It is highly recommended to visit this hotel. Due to its distance from the old town, it was only deducted one star for location.

I will return. The hotel is really lovely, especially considering the price, and the staff are very kind and hardworking. This hotel looks like it has been cleaned twice! There is a lot of variety and delicious food. I want to express my gratitude to the guest relations who took care of me throughout my trip. Im from guest relationships, you were always eager to resolve minor issues quickly, so thank you. Excellent service. Good listeners.

The hotel boasts cleanliness and amenities that are both highly valued. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist when necessary. Moreover, the rooms are impeccably modern and contemporary. Additionally, there are plenty of sunbeds available in the pool area, which is a delightful experience. There are hot and varied menu options available at the restaurant, adding to the overall appeal.

We stayed here for one week in march and just got back. This hotel was wonderful. It is a large 8block hotel with 9 floors. Just before the busy start, but enough was open. There are several pools, one of which is heated. The food was delicious, plentiful, and had great options at all times of the day. Drinks were great, no cups or tickets were issued to get them. Rooms cleaned daily and they were happy to help if you needed anything. A few more disabled dining tables would have been helpful as 2 are not enough. Temperatures never lower than 20 degc and up to 23 degrecc, enough even me to catch tans without trying. I want to warn you about the spa. He patrols the pool area for booking and is very persistent. My sisterinlaw made an enquiry but did not book. If she decides to use it without making committing, he gave her reserving. She declined the resort and after that, when we said good morning, we were completely blanked and given black looks despite not being all of us involved. But this was the only blemish on the holiday, so it was so trivial that we still had utter fun and money, making it possible to return. Numerous bazaars and restaurants are close to the area. Turkish vendors obviously try to con you into their stores but arent aggressive

The hotel is very nice. This is our second time here. Absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back. No matter how good the hotel, the staff really matters to me and this staff absolutely deserves a credit. The food is nice and selective. A great deal.
