Its amazing. We live in the center of the historic site and palace. The location is very good, and the room is also very nice. There is no elevator, but the service staff are also responsible for helping us carry our luggage up.

The hotel is located in the center of amazing places to see. The hacia sofia was right outside our units window. Huge, beautiful rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the spa for a couples hamam and it was really great.

Be prepared to be wowed! This was the best part of our trip in Istanbul. After a rough start to our journey at san francisco, oliga, fatih, michael, arif, and the entire hsm team greatly improved our vacation at another hotel. The attention to detail by the hosm staff is remarkable, from the specific scent that comes from each building to the flower it is named after. They make your vacation what it should be, including preparing tavern, buggy ride to us building, private turkish hamam, as well as numerous restaurants on site. A vacation! Oh, lets not forget the benefits of being across the street from this magnificent hegema obelisk. Kudos to everyone who has made our day brighter. Thank you!.

The location is perfect for our romantic trip. We stayed at the main green house and loved it. Turkish breakfast was very good! And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We are excited to go back! This is the most amazing, personable, and beautiful vacation spot we have ever stayed in our 45 years of marriage. The staff at the Hagia Sophia mansions are amazing. From olga the manager to the bellhop, especially to their concierge group. I had an accident and the next thing i know, zelal, our new turkish daughter, showed up at my door and remained with us the entire day translating and helping while we went to hospital. Service above the norm! Every member of staff checked on me and helped celebrate our anniversary and my birthday. Istanbul is beautiful, so the haiha Sophia villas made it a 10 trip.

My stay at the hotel in turkey was simply amazing. From the moment i walked in, a very warm greeting was extended to me. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had great views of the city. Its convenient to explore the vibrant city of turkish city because of its ideal location. Topnotch amenities were available on site, including onsite restaurants and fitness centers. Above all, the staff was outstanding, always willing to help and make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Hilton innifer to anyone visiting this lovely city!.

The second time i stayed at this wonderful hotel. Baris provided excellent service and the manager, mehmet, was our great checkin and experience. We were upgraded to a stunning suite with our loyalty as diamond members. Wish we could have remained longer. Will return soon. I cannot express how highly recommending this hotel is. A mustvisit if youre in turkey.

I adored this hotel. Although there were a few minor issues with the propertys service and communication, overall, the hotels rooms and experiences were excellent. The breakfast and breakfast personnel were firstrate. Banyar, who served breakfast, was fantastic. He was incredibly considerate and helpful. It is surrounded by the blue mosque, topkapi palace, and hagia sofio. There are numerous restaurants and bars close by, making it simple to travel around town by tram, taxi, or metro. Even though the spa was expensive, it was excellent nonetheless.

The location is excellent, you can walk to many attractions. The hotel provides excellent service. It is more convenient to have a shuttle bus pick up and drop off in the scenic area.

This hotel has the best location! It is directly behind the topaki palace and across from the hygienic district. Topaki Palace is 4 minutes walk, the Hagia Sophia mosque is 3 minutes away, The blue mosques is 8 minutes by foot, there is an Istanbul archaeological museum, you can walk to the basilica citronella and about 5 minutes drive to get to your tram. The staff is excellent. Call the hotel number after you arrive at the airport because a taxi can only travel so far during the day, and the staff will come to pick you up, take you to checkin desk, show you the property and drive you into your room. On twilight, this was very refreshing. There is remuneration, but if you are enrolled in he Hilton honors membership, it is free. I believe the quality of the room and bed that you sleep in is what makes u feel at home. We had several meals at one of our rooms because the palace kitchen was on fire. Although the walls of my building were directly next to mine, we frequently ate at their restaurants.

The hotel is located in a busy area, so it can get quite noisy at times. Really nice luxury hotel in an unbeatable location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious and room service was fast and affordable. Large bathroom with separate clawfoot bathtub and shower compartment. Bed was super comfortable - nice mattress and luxury sheets. There is tea, coffee and espresso supplies in the room. Small criticisms from the window are not advisable. My room didnt have elevator access, but i think other rooms do.

This place is truly heaven! The location is unmatched, making it impossible to get closer to the sights. We were the closest room possible to both the topkapi palace main gate and the sultan's secret entrance. The service is impeccable, warm and inviting, and makes you feel at home. A unique experience in the spa by swimming in a 1,500yearold cistern and receiving bbq services across several locations. Restaurant offers fine dining in an additional 1,600year old underground crater. Transportation: If you needed to go to stray from onsite hotel property, he would send ubud buggys at ten minutes notice, but the steep, winding streets were enjoyable to walk on. Many thanks to everyone who puts in such effort and enthusiasm to make things perfect. Cant wait to come back!.

My wife and i are Hilton honors gold members and stay in many hiltons around the world each year, so we can say with confidence that it is truly one of the best and most unique hotels under the Hilton brand. Not only are the rooms and facilities outstanding - very authentic and very much like youre in turkey, but the highly personalized service and professionalism of all the staff are first rate. The location is unbeatable for the main tourist attractions of Hagia Sophia, the blue mosque and topkapi palace. Well done, haian, team, and continue to do great work.

My wife and i stayed at this hotel for the second time. This time for our honeymoon! I have to say that this was the most amazing stay of any hotel ive ever been to. Beautiful location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service staff are kind and friendly. Car service is available. Breakfast was good and varied. Several nearby attractions are within walking distance. A very pleasant experience.

It looks good from the pictures on the internet so decided to try it. What sold me was the pool picture in the cistern. Its such a great hotel! I cant say enough good things. The ottoman decor made you feel like youre really in turkish. Beautiful and stunning. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. Excellent location. Near all historic sites. A short walk to the grand bazaar but also lots of other shopping opportunities. And that pool! With jcuzzi. Loved it, got i had urkished bath which was very nice and relaxing.

We will never forget our wonderful time at the Hagia Sophia mansion hotel! What a fantastic experience! We adore this unique hotel so much! The gm was incredibly kind and welcoming, the staff is amazingly kind, and they make us feel at home. The location was ideal, everything was excellent, breakfast was delicious!
