This all-inclusive hotel’s staff and managers showed us a great hospitality, both at the hotel and their bar at the beach. The hotel’s service bus dropped us off at, and picked us up from, the beach (which is a short walk/drive from the hotel). The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant on the beach which served us with free hot drinks, sun lounges and umbrellas right by the water. Food was quite plentiful; main meal and soup were different for each meal, their deli food and desserts were yummy. Also, we enjoyed their beer and vodkas by the hotel’s warm pool. On our last day they allowed us to overstay for lunch for free. Overall, 4 of us had a wonderful holiday at this Helios Hotel, and their bar at the beach!

This hotel was recommended because of couid, so our vacation had to be changed at the last minute. The hotel's personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating. The housekeeper comes out every day to clean the bed sheets and clean your towel, and the rooms are simple but clean. The restaurant has provided excellent, freshly produced Turkish fare all week. From 03.30 p. M., the allinclusive bar is available. The hotel is probably about a 10-minute walk from the beach, or it is convenient to take a free shuttle service. Helios customers can use the beachs lounges and a bar, but you must pay a premium for food and drink. Check out the massage and bath service if you visit. The entertainment was rather limited, but I believe this is due to couid. The hotel also has several restaurants and shops and gift shops within walking distance. Finally, the hotels employees are fantastic and make you feel very at ease. They go above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. Ill undoubtedly return.

I stayed late September and early October for 12 nights. Checking input was simple. Two water bottles were in the fridge when I got there before midnight. Nothing more. However, there is an additional beer and snack that can be purchased at the front desk. Although the room's floor was filthy, it was cleaned the following day based on our request. When we informed them that water was leaching from the shower and toilet, this was a permanent feature throughout our entire stay. There was no trash can in the chamber. Also, the towels and bedding had some stains and marks, but since everything had been cleaned and sanitary, it didn't matter to us. Staff members served food upon request. There is no wifi on the floor or in hallways in our room, but it worked down the halls. Staff couldn't assist either because of their limited English skills. Breakfast varied in variety, including odd sausages, chips, and salads. Just one type of sponge cake and several cookies per day was served outdoors near the pool bar. There was no free refills for bottled water. On the first day, at certain hours, the bar's doors had clearly specified information and the receptionist informed us there was only one type of sponge cake and a couple of chocolates. Even in a certain moment, we still managed to sample all of the drinks and continue to eat on weekends. We all had

We had a nice stay the staff we're excellent everything else was ok it really needs some tlc was very basic and owner didn't even speak. The food wasn't the best and if you went to there beach you had to pay for food even though it says snacks on the beach we're free. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't go back.

Hotellet bör inte ha tre stjärnor, snarare helt stjärnlöst är det rätta. Rummen var ofrächa smutsiga. Inget tryck på vattnet i duschen. Barn poolen var smutsig. Ville man ha vatten på rummet så kostade det extra pengar. Inget jag rekommenderar till någon.
