The staff was attentive and the grounds are pleasant if your goal is to play tennis or use the pool. They have an old furniture and even the phones have yellowed with age. The plumbing was strange with scalding hot water even when it was just the cold water faucet that was on a big safety concern. All the facilities are good. The room was shabbiest I have ever seen at a hilton.

The employees at this hotel are excellent, accommodating, and friendly, and warm from checkin to checkout. The bellman and front entry clerk, named Qasim, was fantastic, assisting us with daily transportation and an uber. He is a true goldmine of kindness and service. The rooms were beautiful, and they were spotless. The bathrooms were wonderful and the rooms were spacious. They served delicious beverages, supper snacks, and breakfast while we slept on the executive levels. The rooms on the first level are also excellent. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages a meal on the executive levels. The front desk personnel is equally helpful. The room service and cleanliness of the rooms are fantastic, all of them are very nice. We plan to travel to Istanbul again in a few months, and we will definitely remain at this hotel once more.

I don't know why I booked six rooms for more than $10. I and the staff are very uneducated and very abusive. We had an amazing full check-out. None of the reservations met while they promised to meet on Chi in the booking because the booking was made by our I he was on leave and gave me a name to meet is ole from reception I went to meet 10 times and she sent a message as saying she was always on meeting. Everything was going wrong and then I went to eat breakfast in dumb the Indian restaurant. The waiter at the front door was so abusive that my family of 12 people were in and the person started abuse. Why have you come inside food tastes nothing like Indian, it's a hawker food and people like certain who's picture is enclosed are left to abuse in this restaurant and asked to call the manager he said he's the manager what a shame for the go whom I called him to meet but was asleep 24 hours a shame to hilton to have such sleeping go in such hilton property before making the reservation we called 10 times that everything goes well but everything is not great if you have a go who's a leader who's 24 hours a

Ive stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but there are now some better options including several new hilton properties. The hotel has great charm and well trained friendly staff. However, while the rooms are functional, they need a refreshment. The towels and linens are worn, the furniture is scarred, and the balcony facing the bosphorus is weathered. The restaurants are good but expensive. Checking can involve long waits. The executive lounge is worn out and needs to be updated.

I met a professional and kind hotel staff both at the restaurant and during the conference group. They are very experienced. The hotel decor is nice since 1955. Thank you.
