The receptionist was very nice and very helpful they left the front desk and help us to take the luggage to the front of the room and they was very polite and helpful and we felt VIP I just want to thank everyone for the service

The hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. The first room I got was a bit small but the person at the reception desk changes it without any problems. Breakfast was a full buffet bar. Location was close to Nisan Tasi. Overall had a really good experience. Will definitely stay again.

This is not a luxury hotel, but very nice, clean, good service, and great location. The staff is very welcoming and bends over backwards to help. English is touch and go, otherwise no complaints. Breakfast/cafe are very nice too.

I really loved the room at Hotel Le Mirage, and was also pleased with the service and breakfast. It was somewhat small but clean and intuitive in its design, and with modern features...exactly what I wanted. I would stay here again. Also it is located only 2 blocks from the Osmanbey Metro station, which was very convenient.

The hotel was fantastic, it is clean, the service is excellent, the staff is fluent in english, very rare in Turkey!, breakfast is a buffet with a lot of options. The location is very central, next to the metro station and all kinds of amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my week's stay there.

This is what you should expect from this hotel. First off, be aware that some of the receptionists are pleasant, some of them are filthy. After you inquired about smth, they will provide it, if you request water that isn't replenished on the second day in raw. The second room is lovely, and the perspective is breathtaking. One lamp next to the mattress will not work, and the phone in the hotel wasn't working when we arrived. We awoke in April at 5 am because of the very wired environment and the very noisy sound from ventilation, which we were scared of when we called reception. They assured us that everything was fine. Didn't even apologize for our awakening. Every single day, the room card was broken. The third meal is awful. We arrived in the comfort of the night and learned that a buffet is not allowed, but what you will get is dry bread, jam, 3 cucumber, olives, cheese, and 1 boiled egg. At least they denied our request to convert it to an omelet. The executive chef's assistance was a plus here. He was very helpful, recognizing that food isn't healthy, and he would bring only coffee to the room every morning. The room's cleaning is also impressive. It gets 5 out of 5.Thank you, everyone! Very good shopping close to the metro station, a 10 minute walk away, and a stop away from Kumi. The rooms are clean but very small, the sliding door in the bathroom doesn't lock. Nice breakfast, however they only had brown bread for 1 day of 8.

i didnt like the fact that they advertised a room with a balcony and showed pictures on expedia of a balcony with chairs on it. when i checked in, all i had was a large glass door that opened with iron railing. there was no balcony or place to sit. felt it was false advertising

We had a large corner room on 4th floor only problem no reliable internet had to connect to floor 3 or 5 which wasn't satisfactory.The shower cubicle needed to be regrouted as black round the edges. Kazim the front desk manager moved us to the 5th floor without hesitation. Breakfast excellent as where the staff. Have stayed at this hotel a few times, this is the first time have had any complaints. It is well situated for shops etc, would stay there again
